Our experience with Newcomer and our funeral director, Alexys, was exactly what we needed during a difficult time. Alexys handled things professionally and with empathy for the pain we were experiencing for both my mother and father. I would recommend anyone dealing with a loss to contact Newcomer because you will not be disappointed.

Newcomers laid to rest both of our parents. The presentation, concerns, understanding and willingness to do whatever to make it the best experience it could considering the circumstances. The facility is really nice, and they made both my parents look beautiful and as natural as possible. They were much cheaper than other places, with everything included. They took a lot of responsibility off of the planning and contacting people to take care of the planning. I’m so glad we picked this place and the slide show they created was so memorable and touching. I highly recommend this funeral home and services. The staff was great and so helpful through it all.

They took wonderful care of my grandfather who recently passed. Their pricing was very reasonable and there were no hidden fees. I think my grandfather would have been very happy with his service if he could have seen it himself. Everyone was so very helpful from the moment I made the first call to them. Made the process extremely easy at such a hard time. I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you.

During our darkest time of losing our 11 year old son, Newcomer funeral home in Erlanger put us at ease and comforted us in the after life care for him. The support and love given by Newcomer and staff is unmatched to any place out there. Alexys, Stephanie, and the Newcomer staff became part of our family. They took such great care of our son as this was the first times he was away from us. There are no words that can describe how thankful we are for Newcomer and how much above and beyond they went for anything and everything. Alexys was available at all times even on off days and after hours. We were comforted and knew Alexys and staff looked after our son and cared for him just as we wanted him to. Thank you again so much Newcomer Funeral Home for everything. You all helped make Gavins celebration of life the way we wanted it to turn out. Alexys and Stephanie are true assets to Newcomer and have became part of our family. Legends Never Die and GavinStrong. Forever 11 Gavin. Love you son.

I want to thank everyone of the staff members personally for making my sons celebration of life the best day ever you all went above and beyond. If your looking for a personal, professional, and all around caring place for a loved one thus is the place. They took care of my son as exactly I would have. I really would like to thank Alexy and Stephanie for being there every step of the way you all are the most kindest people I've ever met in NY life and we will always remember you in Gavins journey. I will say if you are looking for a place thus is absolutely the best place ever even on a sad day. I would give them 10 stars if it allowed it. Alex we love you and will forever cherish you being here in our darkest and scariest and confused moments.

Professional and compassionate. Pricing is upfront with no "gotcha" fees. Quickly corrected a typo on the obituary and has answered many questions, even those not necessarily within the scope of funeral preparations. Hannah at the Erlanger location has been wonderful throughout this process.

My 5 year old passed away from fighting luekemia. This was a very devastating situation and Alexys Manning was absolutely 100% amazing. From the first time I called trying to figure out where to have her Celebration of Life. Alexys answered all of my questions without hesitation and was very reassuring. I would recommend them 1000x over. Extremely happy with the empathy and compassion she showed us during this extremely difficult time.

We unfortunately experienced the loss of both of our parents within a six week time frame. Alexis and Nick helped us through the process flawlessly and with great compassion. We definitely recommend Newcomer and especially Alexis and Nick.

I cannot say enough about Belinda, her staff and the facilities to express my sincere appreciation for all that they did. There was no question or request too big or too small for Belinda, she walked me through every step so delicately and with such grace. Our loss was unexpected, but Belinda’s professionalism and care made a difficult situation much easier to bear. The facilities were clean and up to date. Every member of the staff I encountered were courteous and kind. Working with Newcomer, and Belinda brought me great peace, and although I am not prepared to plan another service, I know who I’ll call when that time comes. Thank you Belinda, and team.

I could not have anticipated how grateful I would be that we chose Newcomers. Because of Nick our arrangements were handled with with care, respect and compassion. Nick was what we needed in a time that we were grieving. He was like a friend to us from the moment we walked into the funeral home to set up service and all the way to the burial at the cemetery!
