WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND KNOWLEDGING .I went there yesterday around 5:45 pm bc my internet was very slow i had 3 lines but bc of that my daughter left Metro last 3weeks but the lady worked there swithed my SIM card reseted my phone and now i could not make a call or text messages she broked my phone case on top that Ive spoked to Ali the boss he asked to come to his place in latonia i drove 12mn and he wasn't there after spend 3 hours still can't even fixed my phone to how it was that I can't call or text but he told that i need a new phone But it's not even a year yet since I had this phone from him . .Ali does t care about no customernoi been with them for years but im so done.After I've called metro the reason hy i couldn't call or text bc that lady who worked there put my sim card to the wrong place FYI my phone has Sim cards.I was so mad ? and Ali or that employe of his doesn't care at all . I was there for slow internet internet walked out without not network connection with a borken phone case .God doesn' like ugly Ali and that white girl worked there .

Worst customer service I had ever encountered for a Metro PCS store. Sold me a Galaxy A54 and said it was a new phone, and to go to my gmail and all your information will be in your gmail account to set up your new phone. I ask will it transfer all my contacts, pictures etc. Yes I was told. Had to call Metro PCS customer service, and found out that you will need to download Smartswitch and use a transfer cable that came with the phone. Then the phone was defective! Could not hear conversations with ear piece or by putting the call on speaker. Was dropping calls. Went back to the store the next day and was told that my phone needed a new SIM card. Still having the same problem. Went back to the store after calling Samsung to trouble shoot the Galaxy A54. I gave Samsung the IMEI number was told the phone had been opened 10/09/2023 on the T-mobile network. I went back to the store again and ask for a refund and cancel the Smartpay contract, was told only the person in charge could check to see if I was eligible for a refund. That is what you call a flat out a deceptive sell. Telling me it was new, knowing along it was a refurbished phone. So my advice would be do not shop at this Metro PCS at all. If the owner cannot be honest and correct the mistake he made. I told the owner Ali I will never shop at your store again.

Love phone service but the staff has poor customer service skills don't wanna help all are always playing games on phones or just on phones yet to push you out the door

Terrible customer service woman that was working kept saying how my daughters phone was so dirty and put on new screen protector causing it to bubble sold her the wrong size phone case that she had to return and her new phone case was 25.00 and charged her another 25.00 for a screen protector so $50.00 for both didn't give receipt or say thank you the phone case would have cost about $10 at the most very cheap looking

The new store looks good, and Ali is very knowledgeable and very good at what he does. I now have the exact phone I want and am happy on a "cellular" level for the first time in years. Our plan costs far less than just about anyone we know, and we really have no network or service issues.
