“We have been with this particular office for a while now. Overall we have had pretty good experiences and we get pretty good prices on our insurance. The team has been pretty nice and the the only "issue" is that occasionally you will get a call or email asking if you want to upgrade to a more expensive option or package. This only happens a couple times a year to me, so it's not that much of a problem.”

They have always been very helpful, taking the time to explain every last detail. They have always taken care of any needs we have had very quickly and efficiently. Homeowners insurance, car insurance, etc. We have always only worked with Tracie and her team. Over the years, we have had other companies approach us about changing but no one can come close to the price we pay and honestly, I just really wouldn't want to leave the customer experience we receive from the office.
