Kroger is a one-stop shop offering thousands of quality food and household products, from fresh produce and meats to dairy, home goods, and pharmaceutical needs. The location is convenient, and the store keeps its shelves stocked well. The store was clean and had some courteous and helpful people that work there. Customer service is great, and shopping can be done easily. The location is convenient for travel, and late at night, it is possible to be in and out in record time. However, there are significant criticisms. The pharmacy staff, including the pharmacists, are repeatedly described as nasty, rude, sarcastic, disrespectful, and unprofessional. Customers report being treated inhumane and recount specific incidents of staff being smug and giving dirty looks. A major complaint is that the pharmacy frequently lies about when medications will be ready, often sending customers on a goose chase or making them wait hours past the promised time, which is especially difficult for those who rely on daily medication. Furthermore, pricing issues are common; the shelf price does not reflect what is actually paid at checkout, with promotions failing to apply correctly, leading to overcharges that are only discovered later. Inside the store, while generally clean, aisles can be hard to navigate because they have a lot of stock in them. Overall, it is not the nicest Kroger around, and the severe problems at the pharmacy lead some to refuse to be quiet and to call for the disrespectful treatment to stop.
One of the best Krogers in the area. Prices and offers are much better than near ones. However they close at 10:00 PM.

Mgt has a prob not adequately staffing the cashiers. Has happened before. Makes for long lines at only one of 8 registers open. This is a mgt prob as it is not universally so across all Krogers. Other staff usu very helpful.
