Everyone was talking about Mike's car wash so I tried it. What a waste of my time and money! I have been going to Johnny's and they do a much better job!! They have my business for sure!! ?? Both cars looked super!!

Last 2 times I came to this location and paid for the ultimate I was not pleased. Decided to give it one more chance and I think this is the worst service I've received. They didn't clean inside at all except windows. I had to still grab wipes to clean the dash. The barely sprayed the mats (still can see dirt) outside of the vehicle still had the mark from the U to let them know I bought ultimate. I will be taking my business elsewhere.

As far as I'm concerned, this is the only car wash worth visiting! The team at Johnny's always makes my car look like new, inside and out. I highly recommend cruising in the next time your vehicle needs a bit of sparkle!

Left a review a couple years ago about this place. I went back today to give them a shot again.
This place does not do a good job cleaning your car.
Fortunately a new car wash opened right up the road I will just have to do my own windows and interior in the winter time.

I don't expect a lot from these types of car washes but the car was still dirty afterwards and had water spots all over the glass. I had to give it another wipe down myself. I was at least expecting the outside to be clean. The vacuum guys did good work

The last two or three times I have came to this location, it has increasingly gotten worse. I grew up in Erlanger. I have taken every vehicle I have owned in the 44 years of my life to Johnny's car Wash. I will no longer return because it has gone so far downhill.
I paid $30 for the manager special, plus a $10 tip. My car went through, they wiped it down, told me my vehicle was ready, & walked away from it after receiving the tip. As I said, I've had bad experiences in the past here, so I have learned to walk around my vehicle to kind of give an inspection. There was some sort of gunk smeared all over the passenger side door. The windows are somehow more smeared than they were prior to the car wash. I had to ask for it to be ran through again, to which they did oblige. However, for $40 I don't believe I should have even had to ask. How does the individual wiping down the passenger side of the vehicle not see huge, white smears that almost appeared to look like throw up, on the car before telling me that it was okay?

Stopped by on a weekday around 10am and was in and out quickly for the full service interior and exterior. Plenty of people working to make for a quick wash.

my first time, never again!!! SO disappointed! first i paid $32 for nothing!! the employees are not friendly at all!!!! my car was supposedly done in 5 minutes!! I literally walked in and paid the unfriendly cashier, looked around at the merchandise for sale, went to the restroom and walked out. my car was sitting there with the door open, so I waited and waited. finally found someone and asked if it was done and they said yes!! still dirt on the car, windows, and windshield, water spots all over the car and windows and mirrors. ridiculous to say the least!

Love Johnny's Car Wash. I go there when I can't or don't have time to wash my car myself. It's a feel-good moment. Clean car= happy day! Especially if I don't have to physically do it. Also, the employees there do a good job. I feel like it is a good way to support the community and small business owners.
