I lived at Four Seasons Apartments for 2 years and loved it! The office staff is amazing, maintenance is quick and the landscaping is always looking great! I love the updated pool and grill area!

First let me say, I really enjoy living here. I'm currently a resident now. Believe it or not, my complaints are minor. Years ago, when we first moved in,we asked if we buy a different shower head, could they put it on? They said yes, after a few days we notice how good the original felt and decided not to. The office even notified us and we told them we changed our mind. Now, my husband is currently going through radiation treatments and we notice the water is irritating his skin, we order a filter shower head and I emailed the office , they never got back to me. So, when the shower head came, I saw one of the maintenance guy and asked him about it, he was going to do it, later that day my email was answered saying they can do it, but with one of their own. I know they don't supply filter shower heads. I been wanting to move in either of the first three buildings and I know they have had vacant apartments, but because my lease isn't up I can't get into them . A lot of the residents are not picking up after their Dogs, It was dark and I was walking on the sidewalk and stepped in Dog poop . I love animals and I'm not faulting the dogs.

I personally did NOT have. A good experience with this place and they brake their words not going to bash them on the internet it’s just wasn’t a compatible living space for me

Moved in December 2021 it is currently March 31 2022 I love this place ! A couple months ago there was a pot hole I noticed after the bad winter storm. They had it fixed I kid you not the very next day! I had an issue with my baseboard heaters not working and they got someone out that very afternoon! Amanda in the front office is awesome!! She is super friendly and kind! Really the only thing that I could even critique is just because of the apartment complex location there is a lot of noise from police sirens and trains that doesn’t bother me at all. Love this place! I would love to see a few benches put in down at the park area! Im currently in the 500 square foot 1 bedroom and it is definitely competitively priced imo! I have never had any issues with pests here either! Super happy with this place 10/10 recommend!

I moved in Sept 2020. The dishwasher worked for the first week, and they said they'd replace it. It has been 2 months and still no dishwasher. Then when the heat came on, the boiler in the basement is so loud that I couldn't sleep in my bedroom. They looked at it, but never fixed the noise. If you live in the bottom floor, be prepared for the noise. I am breaking my lease to leave because I can no longer sleep on my couch. And I feel they don't value me as a resident.

Maintenance does not do a good job fixing things and they raised the rent up once again but can't get anything new like appliances and cabinets. Everything is falling apart. But it's okay to raise the rent again a damn joke

Called 5 times to try to get rent and down payment cost and didn't get an answer. Didn't even give the option to leave a voicemail. If they're this hard to get a hold of I can't imagine how difficult it will be to deal with them once I live in their complex.

I've lived in the townhomes on candlewood court on turkeyfoot road rented out through four seasons apartments for 3 years. The first week that I was there, i made them aware that our outlet cover for the washer and dryer hookup was missing and there were exposed wires which can be hazardous since it is where the washer is (with water). Well, it took them OVER A MONTH to bring an outlet cover. Second, my neighbors told us about bed bug issues with the people a couple townhomes down and I found one in my house and instead of being cautious and going ahead and spraying, they decided it was MY FAULT and blamed it on my cat and/or myself. Then moving forward, I currently have neighbors that constantly fight (verbally and physically) as well as bang on the walls none stop, and instead of handling the issue, they say to call the police which I did but then the police said it is the apartment places responsibility to handle bad tenants. Well, they are still here.. My door has been missing the weather stripping on the bottom for about a year and just recently got fixed after having multiple spiders and rodents come in through the hole as well as puddles of water when it rains. I had to call THREE times before getting any type of update or response at all. Now, my door is literally falling apart and the maintenance man couldn't even get ahold of them when he tried to call about it. He said he was going to tell them when he got back to the renting office but it's been about a week now and haven't heard anything. Lastly, they literally continually increase their rent biannully or annually, for no reason at all, they just feel like it. I've had the worse experience I've ever had with renting a place to live with this place. And I have lived quite a few places in my adulthood. I would not reccomend living here unless you plan to never have your stuff fixed and constantly increasing rent.

I was very skeptical moving into this apartment, but only because I moved from a house. However after I moved in I was pleasantly surprised at how nice these apartments really were. When I moved in, everything was in perfect working order, they were just sealing my bathroom which was a plus and brand new carpet. The sliding glass door had been damaged prior to my move, a quick call to Jacquie ( thank you so much for everything you and your team did for me and my family) she had the door fixed that day while I was at work. The grounds were always kept clean and the neighbors were always amazing and easy to deal with. Jacquie and her team were always throwing fun parties and events for the community which brought everyone together and we could mingle and meet one another. The maintenance staff were also amazing making sure any issues were solved ASAP and again while I was away which was welcome when I came home. Overall had I not been moving to Lexington, I would have stayed here even longer.

I'm going on my third year renting a townhouse from them and I couldn't be happier. The friendliest staff, maitence is amazing and best of all I don't have to mow the yard. I don't plan on going anywhere.

This is an awesome apartment complex ! The community, staff and maintenance are wonderful. Jackie the manager goes above and beyond this is the first apartment I love love! I would recommend this to anyone you wont be disappointed !
