FedEx ground has to be the worst service I've ever experienced. They have reported two packages that were loaded on their truck for delivery for 3 days now and each day no delivery. Exception code was "No delivery attempt". I'm in the ecommerce supply chain business and these guys are a joke. No C/S support and no way around the prompts to talk to a person on the phone. Terrible. Had these shipments went UPS, I would have had them on the day that I was supposed to have them delivered. Pathetic.

I swear I wish I could make it 0 stars. Nobody is able to help or do anything and it's easier to transfer you off to the next person.I ordered a package that online was due the 19th. They showed up the 15th and nobody was home. They said they would be back the 19th by 8:00 pm. We made sure someone was home all day and made outside arrangements for children and 8:00 comes and they text it will be here by the 20th by 8:00 ?. I can't sit at home all day when I have to work and have children. I can't pick it up, I can't arrange a 4 hour window etc. It's only on their terms and you are at their convenience. Never again!UPDATE: Here we are on the 20th and it's past 8:00 and no package again! They have no information and just said they would do an investigation. We asked for a manager and they hung up on us.

I enjoy my trip to FedEx. The customer service representative are very polite nice helpful friendly staff and they are able to verify current situation that I was not able to get properly information on and I always go to the same one. If you have any questions or need more information, advise, pricing, and knowledgeable answers will be available for you. I was doing a home job that required me to use FedEx daily and I was always felt comfortable to go there even if I was not exactly sure what I needed immediately but always they were knowledgeable and I have not had any problems!

There was no wait. I was greeted by a store clerk who immediately provided service expeditiously and I was on my way out the door and on to my next task.

Just had them totally screw up another delivery ,by saying it was delivered and it wasn't....The prompt will not even let you know the package us missing!The worst delivery company in the history of the entire business...There's nothing but issues everything a company i deal with uses them .I am literally going through my contacts of businesses and not doing business with anyone who uses this wannabe delivery service....Adding to this ..Another company just used these clowns ....Their drivers are too lazy to bring packages into the building 75% of the time ..Watched the truck pull up ,didn't even get out ,then received a text and email saying they were unable to deliver my package .....Worst shipping in the shipping business!

I was a driver for them. If you have a signature required package they will scan the package in the truck they will scan the door tag run to your door put it on it and leave I don’t have time to deal with knocking and getting it signed on top of that they told me that my package will be re-delivered because I seen it happen I waited all day just to be told that it ain’t coming and the guy lied to me on the phone and the FedEx location is closed and I can’t pick it up myself lied to me 3 Times I called.And the take your packages and throw them for like 30 ft lap tops phons tvs don’t matter make it a frisbee and shoot it over your load and to the front of your 30ft box truck. Don’t ship anything thru FedEx. I left that company cause it is crazy

Very shity service and horrible customer service. Ordered a package with priority overnight shipping and did not receive my package for 2 days. They will not refund the money I spent on overnight shipping which is false advertisement and just pretty much a thief of the money I spent for overnight shipping. Please do not order through fedex and waist your time, go through another shipping company.
