I’m not really sure where these bad reviews are coming from. When I go in here there is a guy that’s always very nice. Always seems to be having a good day. Always asks how my day is going. Very polite. There is also a very nice women here as well. She is always friendly and talks to me. This is a great little store. Great customer service and always seem to have what I need.

Was in here on 7/5 and it was terrible the poor cashier Jimmy was wonderful there was about 10 or more of us in line and when I asked him where his help was he said there was a girl named Karah with him but she was no where to be found.

on my way home from Florence to cincinnati I took dixie hwy due to the traffic. I was hot after being in the sun all day working. at a red light I noticed the left lane was open and no traffic coming gave me an opportunity to pull cleanly into family dollar parking lot so I could get a cool drunk and drinks for the house. once I got to the counter I had an 18 pack of Mt dew and 2 cold snapple drinks. I tried to enter My banking app to unlock my card as I keep it locked and my phone wouldn't let me in the app. I went outside for better service and it was still not letting me in. I restarted my phone and still not working. that's when the female cashier came out and told me Johnathan, a young male cashier, purchased the items for me. I had never had that happened before and was speechless that a young man these days would even think about doing something nice let alone do it. I had the money to purchase the items my phone was just glitching. I plan to stop next time I pass by and repay him double the amount just to say thank you. so thank you again Johnathan for being a shining light in a dark world. God bless you.

The manager in there now is always high, very rude . Blares loud provocative, cussing, inappropriate music through the store very loud for customers to hear and very rude. Stands around talking not cleaning up the store. The store had boxes thrown everywhere down aisles can’t get through.

In reply to the other Karen's. Yes, I have also seen the sign on the door, and although it may not be the nicest rule, I don't disagree. The schools in the area don't have bus transportation so when multiple kids are coming in rough housing as the manager said (I'm sure on more than one occasion) I would probably be fed up too. The kids are getting out of hand and parents are not taking responsibility or care. Don't give a business a bad review based on this. Businesses are tired of being built in babysitters. I will say this store is always so much cleaner than the one off of Turfway/Burlington pike and the people are friendly.

I didn't even want to give this place a one for real it's the nastiest store around and how u gonna charge some one full price on a pack of men's 3 tagless tanks that only had two shirts in them and then the long hair nasty looking scrub denied a refund with a recipe just bought didn't even leave the parking lot very unprofessional n a very vulgur attitude n mouth..

Store is a mess. Staff was awful. Expired food that they are still selling and have on shelves. Milk was expired and had chunks in it ??
