Miss Tasha and Miss cat are literally angels! I never hear any yelling from any teachers. They’re very understanding when any concerns I may have. Very supportive . I couldn’t ask for a better preschool for my babies. I was so scared to put my kids in daycare but since my children have been here they have learned so much and overcame so much since they were enrolled

We had such an amazing experience at Kindercare Erlanger. Miss Tasha and Miss Cat (administrator and assistant administrator) were so receptive to our questions, especially being new parents and 1st experience at daycare. The teachers in infant room 1 and 2 truly care for the children & engage with them like they are their own. I couldn’t recommend this place more!

Switched my daughter from penguin Playschool to Erlanger KinderCare. My daughter absolutely loves it here more than her previous daycare. Teachers are so nice and attentive. The daycare itself is clean. You never hear yelling from the teachers and they understand your child so well. My daughter wakes up every morning (weekends included) asking to go see her daycare friends and her teachers. ❤️

Absolutely the best place to enroll your children. The teachers and staff take the time to work with your children on achieving milestones and answer any questions that you may have. The daycare I previously enrolled my daughter in did not take the time to do these things. I’m grateful for this daycare.

I love KinderCare! The staff really cares about my boys! I have a two year old and a one year old that go there and the teachers do a great job about communicating and updating the app. My oldest is in the process of being assessed for autism and the teachers are very patient with him and take the time to work with him! I wouldn’t send my kids anywhere else! The Erlanger location the by far the best. The workers are amazing and I love it here!

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We have had so many issues with care when the main teacher was out. To start our baby was not kept on a feeding schedule all the time unless we spelled it out on paper or labels when he was due... But the worst is he was not fed twice. Not once but twice!! How do you forget to feed a baby when we tell you when he is due. They also sent him home in diapers that were not his knowing he has sensitivities and allergies to others.. there is always an excuse made and we get told they are doing the best they can do. If this is your best I don’t want my child there and you shouldn’t either.

Absolutely love this daycare and adore the wonderful ladies that take care of the little ones. Really what I love more than anything is how happy she is to go to school everyday. To me that says more than any parent could say in any review. Her happily and excitedly reaching for her teacher in the morning tells me that they care for and love her like family. If you're looking for a great center for your child I highly recommend going to meet Melissa and the ladies at this Kindercare.

Alot of turnover and non consistency with care takers and kids moving around room to room. Kids need routine and structure and if they spend most of the hours of daylight in daycare while parents work, the environment needs to be positive and upbeat with care takers that truly love to nurture the kids. The culture in the daycare seems to be "do as little as necessary to get done what needs to get done" there is no above and beyond or consistency. A lack of communication is a huge gap -not knowing details of what happened when a child is hurt - no incident report --happening more than once. Other things to mention but that would just be nit-picking and just wanted to be honest with how upsetting it can be to leave my child while I deal with a stress environment at work --creates more stress.

I love this center---the teachers, the admins, and the curriculum. They love my daughter like she is their own and that is so very hard to find. I can't say enough great things about Rainbow!

Everyone there seems very nice... My grand daughter enjoys going. . Only thing I wish they would do is send home a menu where she is very picky and I could send her lunch with her

My Godchild was enrolled there for all of a day when the grandmother made an unannounced visit to find the child was crying at the top of his/her lungs in a highchair while only one adult when (two are required) is not a regular caregiver was over in the corner of the room on her cell phone. It is my understanding that cellphones are a big no no in childcare facilities and this woman didn't give two s@$ts about the children. We were warned that this location was subpar but took a chance and chose to base our impressions on experience. We were dead wrong. We will NEVER recommend this location to anyone who values and loves their children. If it were possible to give a negative star rating for this place we would. You have been warned people.

Although there have been some changes since they switched from Little Red School House to Rainbow Child Care Center, I wouldn't want to take my child anywhere else. The only change I have seen that is an inconvenience to the children and parents is the more strict policy on medicine, but the policy is clearly put in place for the health and safety of the children. My son has went there for almost a year and a half and he loves the place and the teachers so much there has been 4 times when he cried because I was taking him home. The children are well taken care of and go through an education program while attending. My son could speak sign language before 1 year old and within a few months past the one year mark he knew all of his colors, shapes, and animals. There are also occasional family fun activities and nights where they offer to extend hours for a "parents night out". His current teacher is so great we have discussed having her babysit him outside of daycare. This place is definitely one you can trust.

teachers are great.used to love child care provider, unfortunately sense the director passed away I honestly cant stand the director they have now. just so rude and not friendly whatsoever.. they need to get someone who likes being around people to run everything because the new one is just not fit for that position. its sad to say but i wont recommend this location to anyone. i really miss the director that passed away she ran it great , was so friendly , made me feel so welcomed every time i droped my child off in the mornings. now when you walk in your lucky to any kind of acknowledgement your even there. just very unpleasant to be around. i dread even having to ask a question about my children or there services.. . its not the center its who is running it. im sorry but i know im not the only parent that feels this way.
