This vet has partnered with Nalatie Fryman, a puppy mill owner out of Burlington KY outside of Florence KYCufaoil Kennels…..She runs a puppy mill and sold us a deformed dog that she said this vet signed off on….. RUN they won’t answer our calls or txt and we just opened up a suit against the breeder and the vetDog has a deformed and broken spineThis is killing my family

Apparently this is the vet of Natalie Fryman who breeds wolfhounds out of Burlington KY CUFOIL KENNELSThey tricked us into picking up a puppy with a broken spine and apparently this vet signed off on him, we will be opening up a lawsuit against them tomorrow AVOID at ALL COST they sell DeFORMED PUPPIES we will be suing the vet and the seller. They will NOT return our calls, we traveled from AZ to KY to get the dog

I am so appreciative of the service I received for my cat, Grover today. He had a pretty bad UTI that quickly got worse, and my worries and concerns were immediately taken seriously! He was in a lot of discomfort and pain, and yowled and became aggressive with the emergency vet we had went to the night before. Surprisingly, when Amy and Dr.G handled him for shots and a procedure, he was purring! He is feeling much better with the care he received. Dr. g is incredibly knowledgeable and has answers and suggestions for any questions you may have. It is apparent that the entire staff has a genuine love for animals, as well as a genuine respect and kindness for us owners. Thanks guys!

Efficient, calm, handles animals well. Exceptionally trustworthy. My anxious cat is praised for her good behavior, and I can only attribute that to good handling by the veterinarians. She doesn't even stay that calm for me!

I've only been once, I admit, but I was FLOORED by the service I received! As a new patient I was able to get an appointment the same week I called. The vet tech was super sweet and personable (Caitlyn I think?) and I could tell immediately that these are people who truly do love animals. I wish I could have gone in with my kitty, as he gets very anxious away from home, but they have good covid protocols and I never felt uncomfortable with leaving my cat with them while I waited in the car.Staff and vet were very knowledgeable. The vet gave very personalized attention- she answered all my questions, suggested a new brush that would be better for his coat type and skin, and listened to all of my concerns. When the receptionist/vet tech brought my cat back out, she was showering him in compliments about what a good, sweet, beautiful cat he was.My cat also seemed a lot less distraught on the way home/once home than he normally does, too. (He used to run as soon as he was home and hide in a closet all night after a vet visit, but this time he only half-hid in one of his cat towers while he cleaned all the vet smell off of him, lol.)I just brought my cat in for his annual visit, so I can't speak to any of their specialized services, but the visit was only $5 more than the old place I went to but that includes a claw trim AND a 3 year rabies booster instead of a 1 year!Between the value for the price and the amazing staff, this will be the only place I bring my pets as long as I live anywhere near the area.

Been with them for a long time. Depending on who answers my call , they know me by my voice, and if not, by my pets name. Great place, caring staff. They always remember your pet and thier basic history, even without the chart. Highly recommend!
