If you have interlock, they are top notch to handle it. From installing it, to in-between problems, calibrations ect..beginning to end. I cannot speak
of intoxalock, but Ron handled everything with absolute care and empathy. Getting my car towed twice, exchanging my battery for free, to troubleshooting.The communication was always excellent. And I seem to have an honest mechanic I can rely on. Thank you for your ongoing help in such a financially and emotionally draining, difficult time.

I wish I could give more stars, honestly. Top notch work, and affordable. Ron, one of the managers, was nice enough to offer to drop me off, And pick me and my children up, when I went to drop off my car. So I didn't need to walk home with the kids.
I was also quoted over what I ended up paying in the end, and the job was done by early afternoon.

I have taken my family's 3 cars here for a few years and seemed like I had finally found an honest, trustworthy mechanic in NKY, but boy was I wrong. I dropped off my 350Z because the door handles weren't working on the inside and out. I was getting physically locked in and out of my vehicle from both sides. There was also an acceleration problem with the gas pedal. After a couple hours from drop off, I get a call and am quoted a singular $600 exterior door handle. Once questioned, he stated that he hadn't diagnosed anything yet on the door. I told him that I didn't approve the shotgunning of parts before a proper diagnosis had been completed. He said he'd open the door up and find out what's going on and then call me back before performing any repairs. Of course, I don't want to crawl through my tiny car window anymore so I wanted it properly fixed. The next day, I get a call that it's all fixed. They never got my approval for any part replacement on the door. They never told me what was wrong with it. They just simply ignored my denial of service and did it anyway. When I brought this up, the man didn't care. He stated that the part was $300 and got it from O'Reilly. When I looked it up it was only $144. He said he'd reduce the price to $120 but when I got the invoice they charged me for two door handles. This is literally fraud. They only replaced one handle yet I got charged for two. And they initially just doubled the part cost to get some extra cash. The worst part of it isn't the money. It's the lying and deception. I told them I didn't want the work done but they did it anyway. They've obviously lost my business, but for the naive and elderly, they don't understand and will be taken advantage of. That's what upsets me the most. Please don't take your vehicle here. They will not treat you or your vehicle with any respect.

Problem was discovered in a timely fashion, some work done so I could drive Jeep until parts are delivered. Will return vehicle for complete repair . So happy they didn't have to keep it while waiting on parts. Very customer oriented

We have taken our vehicles to Don’s Garage for a few years now for brakes, oil changes, new tires and other things all because of increasing trust being built over time. They repaired a very bad oil leak with excellence about three years ago. And we have had No issues ever since. They have educated us and instructed us about brakes, tires, oil filters and all kinds of things like what the recommended next steps were and heads up on what might be needed in the near future. These men are professionals you can count on to give you the right diagnosis, fix things right with excellence, explain to you all the options in layman’s terms, and patiently provide 5-star customer care even though they are very busy. Appreciate them very much.
