It was a very stressful and difficult task to request from anyone especially when staffing was an issue but guess what ? Ms. Mindi Graceful had a smile on her face, talked politely to me, updated me intermittently and finally got my package ready. I almost cried in awe of such a kind gesture. 5 stars ain’t enough to describe my joy… Thank you so much Ms. Mindi, God bless you!???♥️

I would like to thank (I do not recall the employees name) She went above and beyond in order for me to get my packages. They were approx 4 days late (drivers couldn’t find my address) she was persistent and reached out to me. Stayed on the phone with me and researched where I lived and made sure that the driver delivered my packages. I want to thank you even though it has been months.

I want to give a 10/10 to one of the customer service ladies (Breva) at the DHL Express Center in Mineola Erlanger. She went above and beyond in helping me with a shipment problem we had. DHL made some mistakes with communication which cause She is probably the only reason why I will continue to use DHL in the future!
