The Pharmacy staff is very rude. Here .they don't care bout customer service at all .it is very disrespectful when someone is ask something and you say next person.i will take my medication else were these people should be in trouble. For the amount of rudeness.and how does it take 3 day to fill a prescription. They never have help so they claim. When u call to check on your medication it take 50 min and then get hung up on.i will never be going back after this today

Pharmacy is open 10:00-12:00 and 15:00-18:00. Ridiculous.Might as well just stay sick, because you'll never get your meds going to this place

I have been going here for years and as with everything in life this place has issues here and there with the quality of service they provide. Some staff are pleasant and some are very rude as far as customer service. Lately prescriptions aren't getting refilled in a timely manner.

I am planning to change my pharmacy. Although generally laid-back, I have observed that certain members of the pharmacy staff at this CVS on Turkeyfoot exhibit rudeness, seemingly convinced that their SERVICE cannot be found elsewhere. I have experienced instances where I was abruptly hung up on, met with exasperated sighs and annoyed expressions, all for simply seeking information that was exclusive to the pharmacy staff. It appears that whenever I have a question or require assistance, the staff ensures that I am aware of inconveniencing them. It is almost as if they find it audacious of me to expect them to fulfill their professional responsibilities while at work. It is understandable that everyone has a bad day from time to time, but the staff seems to feed off each other's negative attitudes. Kindness is free.

The pharmacists are great but the techs are unknowledgable and provide slow service. They can be snobby and unprofessional.

The store isnt bad. The pharmacy however is beyond terrible. They refused to refill a blood pressure medication because of no insurance. I am almost out. It has literally been 7 days since my doctor put my prescription in. Dixie also tried to argue with me in regards to allegedly a text I supposedly received. However, I have the text and nothing was sent. I have screen shots. I will be filing a formal complaint with corporate in regards to this.

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever been to. Ashley (manager) rude, uncaring and extremely unhelpful. There should be laws against the way she treated myself and children’s medication needs and concerns. CVS needs to address this before they have no customers left. I will be writing a letter to corporate since none of my surveys are even being considered. Never again.

Don't use this cvs if you can avoid it. They don't fill your meds in a timely manner even if they are on auto refill they don't get filled unless you show up to get them.

New to this pharmacy and I am SO annoyed that THIS is who my insurance partners with. I wish I would have read the reviews prior to moving my prescriptions here.I had the unfortunate opportunity to speak with ASHLEY the supervisor about my medications that were sent to my old pharmacy by mistake. Ashley abrasively “advised” me that she doesn’t have time to fix this problem and her calling my old pharmacy would be a “one time courtesy”. This spiel went on for at least a minute. I advised her this was only my 2nd time filling here and she basically let me know she doesn’t care. I asked for a supervisor…. To which she said “SPEAKING”. I asked who would I speak to above her and she stated that I could call 1880shopcvs if I had an issue. I did. The representative was super nice and apologetic. He stated that it is HER JOB to make those calls and there is no limit to how many times this “courtesy” should be done. Who knows if anything will happen but I HOPE someone in charge is reading these reviews which seem to ALL be about ASHLEY

I was at the store on June 9 with 2 coupons from prescriptions and the lady at the counter would not let me use the two coupons. She said that they didn’t match up with my phone number and I have not had any problems before this. She needs to be trained properly and use customer service skills better towards the customer.

I was told that if you want to start couponing go to CVS. That advice was great. CVS is one of the friendliest and most helpful stores I've shopped at. The staff is well-trained and the app consistently works. Also, I regularly find great deals there.

Ashley the pharmacist was beyond rude! I was discussing a medication with another customer for roughly 20 seconds (becuse she didnt give the customer time of day) and she basically told me to shut up because the line was too long. I've been a customer of CVS for 20 years and very loyal with my prescriptions and will never return. I hope anyone reading this sends their prescriptions to another pharmacy who actually cares about their customers.

I use the pharmacy here. Other reviewers seem to have had very bad experiences. I have not had any problem with staff. OK place by me.
