Drivers be careful I you picking from CCI or Kroger building they make me go to other buildings they don’t focus on pick up numbers especially the guy who is setting on the computer he act like someone work too long hours he can’t find my order on his computer and I show him from my phone screen he keep telling me this is wrong pick up meanwhile I have correct number, he hold me for an hour finally I went to across street building call with red phone and I read the pick up number to the person on phone he said this pick up is for cci building across street , I get back and argue with him this is correct pick up someone on the phone told me than he look and found , they don’t care about drivers time I’m really disappointed from staff of today 04/05/2024 daytime shift who is responsible for check in
