“My Prius died and I needed a rental car for the weekend. It was a brutal hot day! We have been renting from Enterprise on Reading in Cincinnati for a few years! I wanted something small midsize! Liked the first car but it had cigarette smell inside so I chose the second one and that was electric and not enough charge on it! So we looked at the third car! Loved it and got it! It took us 25 minutes and the sales person was kind and patient! I recommend this Enterprise on Reading Road ??”

“I picked up a car here at the end of June . My late night flight had been delayed and I was tired and stressed. When I got to the garage, Marc was there, and he was the best of help. He was so nice, and he made me feel comfortable. He even went above and beyond to help me when my car wasn’t available. Literally the best interaction I could ask for. The other man who was working that night I only spoke to briefly, but he was kind when I was struggling to figure out the car situation.
Beyond the customer service, the cars have been in good condition, never had any problems (except the first one smelled mildly of smoke, but it aired out and I haven’t had that problem since.) The only reason this isn’t a five star was because of that car, and because my first time renting I went to the desk instead of the lot first, and the woman there was kind of rude and was not clear about policies. But other than those couple of things, I really like it here, and that’s why I use it every other month.
TLDR; maybe one or two mild issues, but overall pretty great! and MARC is literally the best please give that man a raise.”

All you do is drive up and leave the key in the car, that's it. My bill was exactly what I expected. They didn't try to bill me for anything silly like an empty gas tank”
“I had RESERVED a rental car in TWO places near the Cincinnati airport, but both places called me to rescind the offer because they had no cars. I was able to rent one here on Glenway Avenue. The car was clean and C.J. was incredibly helpful. He was super busy while we there doing everything from renting the cars to helping with the detailing. His office phone was ringing off the hook. But he was very patient and kind with the people in front of him waiting for cars and the people on the phone. Excellent customer service!!!!!”

“Avis, you’ve truly outdone yourself. I recently made a reservation for a compact car, but upon arrival, I was greeted with the classic Avis experience: “Oh, we don’t have any compacts, but here’s an F-150 instead!” I swear, it’s like a live reenactment of that infamous Seinfeld bit. You know, where Jerry says, “You know how to take the reservation, you just don’t know how to hold the reservation. And that’s really the most important part of the reservation: ‘The holding.’”
Every time I walk into Avis, I’m half-expecting a clerk to ask me if I’d like a six-wheeled monster truck or a submarine instead of the midsize sedan I reserved. It’s almost like they think “reservation” is just a charming little suggestion rather than a binding agreement.
And when they finally offer a compact, it’s always a Ford Escort that’s seen better days. “Yeah, you better give me the insurance because I’m going to beat the hell out of this thing,” just like Jerry said. At this point, I’m wondering if Avis has a secret competition to see who can offer the most outrageous substitute for a reserved car.
So, Avis, thanks for the constant surprises. It’s a real joy navigating city streets in a vehicle designed for off-road adventures. Keep up the “good” work—your knack for turning simple car rentals into a full-blown comedy show is unparalleled.”
“Saved a lot of money booking with T-mobile rewards, had a hiccup with my tire and it held me up the whole day but they gave me an exchange an overall good experience! The airport fees for renting from this location wasn’t fun but other than that, all good!”
