Free diagnosis turns into a 89.00$ . Yeh was told "could run upwards from free to 150* $ if we have trouble with the Diagnosis" I had a thumping noise while driving our Nissan over 45-50 mph , an obvious suspension / axle issue. AAA Florence later called , "we think your struts are bad" . ok so how much for that ? "1,988.00 all 4 or 1,389.00 for just 2 " what a bargain considering i paid like 1,400 .00$ for the car , I'd have to pass " . So what do i owe for the diagnosis ? " was quoted 78.28 $ { on the phone}, go in to pay & it jumps to 89.00$ ? So when does KY sales tax at 6% on 78.28 add up to nearly 11.00$ ? Maybe with common core that might be right, However it's not . Any Garage that would charge almost 2,00.00 $ for 4 struts has no integrity & no problem ripping it's potential customer s off. Four Name brand struts can be had for less than 300$ . So how can Bob Sumerel justify charging someone nearly 1700.00$ to install 4 shocks ? That's like over 400.00$ per strut lol! Do yourself a favor & go to a more reputable & honest business for your car care needs.

Fast unloading, and friendly staff. The only thing in here for truckers is to be very careful backing up because it is tight and there are big rocks on the grass.... Neighbors are very picky about touching their grass.... When backing up, pull across the street then back to the door

Horrible Customer Service .just horrible. William Johnson the manager yelled at me and he was completely immature and unprofessional. They also had charged me for a part that was not needed . Would never recommend. If I could recommend 0 I would.

Unfortunately after being a loyal customer for 6 years and with four different vehicles, Bob Sumerel ruined my husband’s Acura TL engine by improperly replacing the belt tensioner. He had the timing belt replaced as preventative measure, but the work was done incorrectly and the loose tensioner has lead to a plethora of other issues. Troy will not return our phone calls. Maurice has at least been as helpful and honest as he could be. Originally Maurice told us not to worry, they are a multi-million dollar corporation and things happen- that’s why they have insurance. It has been (12+) months of phone tag only to now be left with a vehicle we cannot drive. We are now looking in to legal options. So disappointed in Troy’s unprofessionalism and disregard towards customer care and satisfaction. We also need to find a new mechanic that can be trusted.

Was told by another location that I needed to call the fleet service store for help with my RV tire. I called this location and the guy who answered was a rude j**** It's one thing to not want to do the service but no need to be condescending and rude.

Had a tire that was damaged. Also needed an oil change. Left shop, car starts shaking, engine light comes on, car is over heating. This car is 6 months old. Drove into another location and I am told they cannot look at my car, they have customers. What am I? Called the place where work was done. Was told mechanic said he took care of this.
Regret buying warranty on tire since I will not go back. I will be calling for a refund on warranty. Really should have to compensate me for both time and extra mileage since they messed up.
No apology. No nothing. What happened to customer service.

Been waiting over 5 1/2 hours on a tire that was supposed to be here in the morning.
I've been a customer here for over 20 years with exceptioal service from the past. I moved to Columbus, Ohio several months ago and have communicated with Maurice a few times over the past 2 weeks regarding a defective tire which he had been very polite when speaking to me. I've sat here waiting on this tire before heading back to Columbus, Ohio. I would've had the tire replaced in Columbus, but they no longer service automobiles, only trucks. Cincinnati, Ohio was the closest store, which at that point, I drove another 30 minutes to where I purchased the tire. To all you Managers out there, NEVER tell a customer to relax after driving over 2 hours over a defective tire and have that customer wait almost 6 hours for a replacement tire. I realize it's not his fault the truck was that late getting in. But, also don't assume the customer has nothing better to do than to sit around your store. Maybe we the customer should put you in the same situation and lock your doors to the stores when you arrive to work. Unlock them 6 hours later with a rude comment. I guarantee you wouldn't be in business long, but you have lost a good customer over one rude comment.
