We have been with this particular office for a while now. Overall we have had pretty good experiences and we get pretty good prices on our insurance. The team has been pretty nice and the the only "issue" is that occasionally you will get a call or email asking if you want to upgrade to a more expensive option or package. This only happens a couple times a year to me, so it's not that much of a problem.

I worked with Kelsey to get my car, renters and umbrella insurance switched over and she made the whole process incredibly easy! Not only did she help me find a better rate than what I was previously paying, but she was also incredibly friendly and took the time to explain everything in depth.
