Sissy was amazing. She was so kind to my husband and I. We had been nervous to get our taxes done because our last return was messed up horribly by Jackson Hewitt. It costed my husband and I over $1000 to have our taxes amended and sent off. We explained the situation to Sissy and she made us feel at ease by explaining each step of the process to us. She made our nerves melt away. After a year of dealing with the IRS with absolutely no help from Jackson Hewitt despite the fact they messed up our taxes, Sissy was the breath of fresh air we needed. She offered us advice and I truly believe she did everything she could to make sure our return would be much easier this year. We will not make the mistake to go anywhere but H and R block again. Thank you, Sissy!!
