“I took my car here for service and a thorough inspection, as I knew Mike took over the shop last year. I’m happy with all the items they listed that are of concern, and even more so his honesty in pointing out which items are most important now versus some of the items I could hold off on a while. And to top it off some of the parts end up being a little cheaper so he charged me less than I was originally quoted. Will definitely be back!”

Very informative about my future with my present car and good advice about shopping for another one in the future. It was nice to know they will check out a used car from a dealership for about 150.00 b4 purchase. Wesley and Frank were very patient. I was not waiting in back of way too many people like Tire Discounters and they have a very clean inviting no pomp and circumstance check in space. “The owner took my car for a drive to test what was wrong with it, that’s when I knew he was a great mechanic. Most just look at it and give you many different things it could be, he was able to tell me exactly what it was. He was honest with me and gave me advice of what to do and what not to do with my car. One of the mechanics also changed the fuse for my taillight and got that working. All without asking for a dime. Truly a rare shop and such a blessing to find when you’re new to an area and have no idea what to expect.”

Yesterday (7/15/24) the Trac Off light went off on my 2015 Toyota Highlander while driving. There I was near Cincinnati Ohio all the way from Middle Georgia. I googled locate Toyota Service Center and Kerry’s came up. I drover over to Florence and needed to leave it over night.
My service specialist Ben drove me right over to the rental office . He contacted me the next morning at 10:30 with news that my car was ready!! Ever better news it wasn’t major and it didn’t break the bank!!

“So my gf car was over heating and we couldn't figure out why bc we took it in two different times to get it looked at and it seemed like everything was fine until the third time it did it to us again and we found out we needed a new engine. Rob did his best to help us and ended up finding a decent motor for her car which they installed and took care of it in just 4 days with as much of a discount possible and now her car is running fine. Excellent work third time's a charm but Rob was always checking in on us and updating us with any new info. Both rob and sean are great managers and tell ya the honest truth about our vehicle. So I recommend going here if you value honest ,good work”

“Got a nail in my tire. Was able to walk in without an appointment and got right in. Customer service was excellent and delivered professionally. Unfortunately the hole created by the nail was too large to patch so had to get a new tire. They had a replacement in stock and I was out the door for a reasonable price very quickly. So far so good with the new tire. Thanks!!”

“Randy has been doing great work on my 2008 Lexus for about 4 years now and has always been able to help out when I’m in a pinch. He repaired my rear differential, brake pads and rotors in October 2020 and they have held up well ever since. He recently fixed a bad water pump and bearings and was able to complete the job quickly with OEM parts. I’ve found his prices to be fair, and he is transparent and willing to answer any questions. I will continue to go back to Randy at University Auto for future repairs.”
“Traveling down I75 south crossing over the bridge to Ky we hit a 2x4 that flattened our tire. We pulled into 7/11 to see what the damage was and there was a young man taking his morning coffee break. (JD Scott).
He immediately offered to help us, he unloaded our luggage and put the spare tire on for us. Then he reloaded all the luggage. It so happens that JD works a block away at Smith’s Muffler and he assured us that they would be able to help us.
JD explained to the young man behind the counter our situation (heading to Fla on Vac), and the young man (Lewie Smith) immediately started checking around for a tire that would fit.
3 hrs later we are back on the road. We sure were lucky it was only a tire and more importantly that it was JD’s break time!

“I was traveling through on Labor Day absolutely nobody was around and I had about 30 minutes until this tire plus closed. The worker contacted the owner. They got some stuff worked out and got me taken care of. It was very very cool how it all came together and they made it happen. I cannot say enough about these people. They could’ve simply said I’m sorry we’re closed at five like the nine other people I called, but they did not. They took care of business much respect to this place owner and employees.”
