Horrible company. Stay away at all costs. They accepted a tow through my insurance company at 9:10pm. And would never answer my calls asking for an ETA. At 12:00am the insurance company finally got a hold of them and they just cancelled after leaving me waiting for hours. I'll resort to calling Soras towing like I always do, can't go wrong with Soras. And the insurance company will surely know about it, my wife is an employee there, hopefully KY Auto Service gets blacklisted so they don't leave anyone else sitting on the highway.

Kentucky Auto tow service came through my insurance company. I am extremely grateful to have learned about them. Staff was very polite, honest and knowledgeable. Ultimately they saved me OVER $500 in repairs! Car was received and quickly evaluated. I had it back in no time. I highly recommend them.

Great service!!! Great experience!! Had my truck towed there from another shop. They quoted me $6000. Ky auto service got it back on the road for $1000.

I can’t say enough good things about this company. They go above and beyond with timely repair, explaining car warranty coverages etc. they have become my go to repair shop, even when my warranty expires!

Very professional. Made an appointment through repair pal for a timing belt kit, then called them for clarification on parts. They responded with good prices and were nice to deal with, plus I asked them to change brakes for me. They were honest with their information and they kept me informed through text on how my vehicle was doing. They got the work done in a timely manner. Very good service.

They accepted my call through my insurance agency around 10pm and they gave an eta of 1126. I'm pretty sure I saw them pass by my location around 1134 but they didn't stop. My insurance company called me around 1140 and informed me that Kentucky auto service had just canceled the call due to lack of adequate equipment. Why wait until 10 minutes past the eta before you check and cancel. That's a terrible way to do business and very inconsiderate of my time idc if it is after hours. Just don't accept the call!! Thankfully my insurance agency was able to find another towing company that came around 30 minutes later.

If I could give negative stars, I would. DO NOT get your car towed by this company. I have proof that they damaged my car and they won’t own up to & help cover the damaged they caused. Really terrible that people can’t do the right thing.

This is a great place. Only place I use for my company trucks when I'm down here working on a job. They do a great Job on my diesel trucks. They have always went above for me. They also do great towing my trucks also. Highly Recommended!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Made an appointment with Allstate for a tow @ 2:45 for a 5 PM pick up. 5 PM rolls around and KY Auto delays until 5:38. No problem. 5:33, they cancel. No call, no explanation, no nothing. All calls go to voicemail. Must have been quiting time.
If you don't want the work, don't accept the call. @$$hat$!

Nice local family business. They got my son's car diagnosed and running again. I lived down the road most of my life and it is good to have a dependable shop. Their part time tow truck driver who picked up my son's car was very kind and trustworthy. Just a good group of people doing their best in a rough profession with all the Karen's in the world lol.
