Had a couple issues worked on with my truck. Soon after a few more concerns popped up that were related to the previous work (defective parts most likely). Ernie's took the truck back in and made it right, no additional cost to me. Thank you Brad, friendly guy.

Was told transmission was out in 2017 ford escape and it is. The price they wanted to repair i was told is 7500! They said the only transmission they could get it from was ford. This is a lie. Ford doesn't make new transmissions. You have to get a reman. 3000.00 is the average price as I have spent weeks researching. This means they wanted to charge 4500.00 for labor alone. The transmission I need is a 6f35. I said no. When I got my car towed to my house I discovered they cut the chasis cover under the car and is missing! It looks like they took a knife and cut a huge piece out of the way to see a better view of the transmission. Obscenely over priced and entitled mechanics! Zero stars!

Ernies on multiple occasions gave my husbands vehicles back to him incomplete. Ernies used to care but now they do bare minimum work and as I just stated they’re even charging for unfinished work. Very disappointing.

They are UNCONCERNED about a customer's time and personal consequences of leaving their vehicles at Ernie's Garage. UNRESPONSIVE to communicating any status of repair to your vehicle at Ernie's Garage. Definitely would NOT RECOMMEND Ernie's Garage.Service: Auto A/C recharge
