I use to love this chain, but the food quality has gone downhill.

Always good food. It's one of my very favorite places to lunch. Servers are responsible and respectful. S we vice is quick.

The food at zackbys is good but they are being cheap and won't give me my zacks sauce when I go thru the drive thru. I can tell they are being cheap because they know people in the drive thru don't usually go inside.
