Upon calling for information to open account. The rep (ashley) i spoke with was rude. I asked for information to start a new account she said "about what" i asked for what was needed, balance to open, and hours she answered only hours. I had to repeat my questions and she was rude again. After i got the info i asked to speak to a manager. She said yes and hung up. I called back got the same person and she lied and said it wasnt. Refused to give me a manager again. I will not be opening an account with them needless to say. Customer service goes along way and this is not an institute i would trust to care for its customers.

Lost check card in Brawley CA. They expressed new card to me. Didnt even charge me anything. Also Im 50, diabetic, and it was about 115 degrees. Was riding electric motorcycle. Lori's husband me not her.

I have been utilizing this branch since Wesbanco purchased Your Community Bank and United banks (among others) and downsized their local branch offices last year sometime. My business was 'inherited' in the sense that the bank I chose to do business with was bought out, so in the spirit of expediency, I kept my accounts active. The people at this branch (none of whom I recognize from previous interactions pre-branch downsizing) have consistently been patronizing assholes who act as if they are doing me a favor to allow access my accounts or make deposits. The number of long personal conversations with other customers I have had to wait thru while waiting for assistance is unreal. The tone I have regularly received from staff, unless they really are someone's entitled, sheltered pre-teen child doing some sort of work experience program is utterly beyond comprehension. As of this afternoon, I have officially had enough of their 'fun and games' and will be working on getting my automatic deposits and payments switched to new accounts at another bank, as tiresome a hassle that that is. If you are looking for an area bank starting from scratch, do your research, I'm sure you'll find one with at least adequate customer service...it's definitely not Wesbanco or specifically this branch office.
