I went to the Goodlettsville location, the day they were closing. I knew they wouldn't have a ton of options since it was the last day however, I decided to go by myself anyway. I got there and was greeted by Joy, who introduced me to Grace, who was my bridal stylist. I picked put some dresses to try on and Grace was so helpful the whole time. She took pictures for me of each dress and made sure I knew she was there in case I needed help with anything. I tried on a few and then Grace, brought out one more for me to try on that I didn't see and fit what I was looking for! It was PERFECT!! Everyone was so kind and helpful, my phone was basically dead so they let me plug my phone in to let it charge up a bit, which was just a side note to show they care. At the end, I went home with a dress, accessories and of course signed the dress in store! Shopping for a dress by myself wasn't ideal but when you're family lives on the other side of the country and you only have a day to make it to the closing sale, you donwhat you gotta do! All I can day is they made my experience AMAZING and if the Kentucky employees are anything like the Goodlettsville store, I HIGHLY recommend! THANK YOU GRACE AND JOY!

By far the best experience I had wedding dress shopping! Laquita was SO sweet, kind, patient and didn’t hesitate to jump right in to help us! She would run to the back to look for more dresses in the style i wanted, would look dresses up for us, and answered all of our questions with a smile on her face the whole time! Laquita made finding my dream dress so easy and stress free!!

It was an easy experience, thanks to LaQuita I found my wedding dress! She is the sweetest. I showed her a few pictures of what I wanted and I ended up getting the dress I had my eyes set on for a few weeks! I recommend USA Bridal in Elizabethtown Ky for anyone looking for their perfect wedding dress.

Laci & Laquita were both amazing, equally throughout my experience. Laci heard my wishes & delivered wonderful selections for me to try on. Laquita seamlessly took over & not only assisted in the try-on process but also delivered accessories to really help me bring my vision to life.Ultimately I was left with 2 beautiful dresses to choose from & with both their expertise, I was able to say YES! to the dress & can’t wait to wear it on my big day. The experience of buying a wedding dress was definitely not achieved at USA Bridal In Elizabethtown. I went and tried on dresses and the girl was fabulous. I went back a second time to try on and buy a dress. The girl was clueless and the manager was very rude. It was around prom time and it seemed like they only wanted to help the prom girls even though I had made an appointment prior. I went today to pickup my wedding dress and the lady was super rushed I had to ask to try the dress on and the whole time she seemed to interested in helping others instead of trying to help me. They have zero hospitality at this location.

My friends were a little skeptical when I told them I was ordering my wedding dress “online” and to be completely honest I was a little nervous myself. But I decided to go with my gut and order my dream wedding dress! I received a text upon ordering along with a tracking number which made me feel a lot better and the dress arrived two days later via UPS. It was packaged beautifully! The fit is perfect, the dress is perfect and the overall experience was a breeze. I can’t write enough positives about USA Bridal. ❤️

I love the ladies that work here!!!! They helped and supported me my entire journey to purchasing a prom dress. Unfortunately I do not have the young lady's name, but I appreciate her feedback and the fact I got my dress for 50% off! My experience was very wholesome and worthwhile. Thank you USA Bridal!

Omg…if you need an assistant with shopping for your bridal dress, I highly recommend USA Bridal in Elizabethtown, Ky. Ask for Ari…she is absolutely amazing and not one time did she make me feel rushed or make me feel like an inconvenience!! She made my experience feel very comfortable and welcoming and I couldn’t have asked for better in my personal opinion! The store itself has many beautiful dresses to choose from and from what I could tell, dress prices for any budget. I’m just amazed with how friendly and very professional the entire staff was!! I’ve been to David’s Bridal in Louisville and it wasn’t anything to write home about and I had a hard time getting helped and did not feel welcomed.USA BRIDAL in Elizabethtown is the place to go if you’re looking to have that beautiful experience shopping for your wedding dress…hands down!!(Ari is a wonderful consultant)

This was the first place I went to try on dresses, and the place where I found the one. I went to other places before coming back to get my dress, and the customer service was not nearly as lovely as this places. Kind people work here
