It seems there's never a day when you can enter this store without someone standing outside accosting you for a cause. You may be wondering why I'm complaining about 'charity,' so here's what today's was: to donate money to LAW ENFORCEMENT to help fight against drugs.1) Law enforcement has proven to be the last type of organization to be "helpful" in fighting drug crises.2) I (unfortunately) donate to law enforcement in the form of tax deductions with every one of my paychecks.3) Over 20% percent of the city's budget (over $10 million, for one year) is allocated to the police.The owner of this building complex shouldn't allow this, but I suppose if they were the kind who cared about any of this, they wouldn't be the owner of this building complex.You go into the store to drop of a package of something you've sold, to make ends meet, and you're told you need to give even more of your money to cops.

You put down a major wrong direction in an important piece of paper to be delivered the next day that entailed it to be delivered on March 4th instead of March 4. I tried to get it fixed, ended up calling twice (even to an expediated personnel). It didn't get changed until 7:30 at night which made it get delivered on Monday instead of Friday. I may end up paying extra there because My title was not delivered on time. I want my money back.

Store is always so slow when I take Amazon packages here to return. Now I’ve had a package shipped there by Best Buy and they are charging me a $5 holding fee. I selected the option on Best Buy as it was free, but now the store itself is charging an absolute bogus fee to “hold” it for 2 hours. It’s ridiculous. Never again!

Y’all really need a new location. This is ridiculous where y’all located at in the most inconvenient place in etown. Small parking with little to no parking and the area is small and busy on the side of the plaza. Y’all need your own location like the post office.

The UPS Store is supposed to be open until 7:00pm. I arrive at 6:58 and walk in. All of the employees are counting their money. The older lady says they are closed. I replied, “I thought you were open until 7.” One employee told her it was 6:59. She said “Sorry.”I drove 45 minutes - If they wanted to get out of there they should have left one register open until 7:00.

Went to have a package shipped it was 2:07pm, there was a man standing outside the doors telling everyone (there were about 12 people with packages) we close at 2pm on Saturdays.Really, during November and December you need to extend your hours!!!

There's always a line there's, its never enough staff and everything is fine with them shipping your products until they damage or lose it. Then distance themselves from UPS. While beating on their chest bragging about the numbers they do for UPS! I think The UPS Store forgot it's a subsinerary of UPS. They absolutely don't take responsibilities of the packages that you trust with them they put the blame on any and everybody else.

The Saturday hours are way too limited. We work during the week. We need to do these kinds of errands on Saturday.

Not one to write a review unless it’s positive but I’ve been to this location multiple times and each time I’ve waited in line over an hour. Workers are very nice but service is very slow

The store needs to have better customer service when it comes to having people stand in line. They have several cashiers, but they make everybody lineup in one line often times going out the door when it’s cold or rainy when they have the entire store open if they don’t want to put directional lines on the floor, then the cashiers need to give direction on where people need to stand, every single time I have been in the store there’s issues with the line and no one knows where to stand because I guess common sense is not common anymore.

Great service. All the staff are very friendly. It is a very busy store. They could use a bigger space with more parking spaces.
