So far I’ve done nothing except what has been asked of me but people like to talk to you sideways and dehumanize you. It’s extremely problematic. They tell you to go to the “friendship” station but give you no direction on what you should be doing at all. Only come by to yell at you.

The agency is good an fast but all it is ups I would NOT recommend it at all the mangers just talk bad about you.they are very very rude I worked there for 3 days an all they did was target me an my sister in law.they told everyone not to clock in the front except for us so we did clock in at the front they wanted us to sign a paper witch again would NOT recommend signing because that allows they to write any false information on that paper.they also talked bad about a disabled person so no don’t work here plz.bc the first day they targeted us all the way till we snapped i hope this helps.also you are not allowed to have your phone at all an that’s bc they don’t want you to record what they are doing but they have a lame excuse saying it’s bc they don’t want you to take pics of the stuff but it’s okay if everyone else has there phone.i don’t know all the names but there is one her name is sam there’s another lady she is a bigger woman with a boy haircut an there is the lady with the black pony tail who is always on her phone.I respect rules but don’t harass me an my sister just for doing our job.

I will say this as nicely as I can. If you are a POC DO NOT WORK for these people unless you want to get terminated for no reason in a few days or so. I got terminated after only 5 days for warnings which I wasn’t aware was an issue until addressed about it. Ex: leaving 4 minutes before break to warm up food instead of going exactly on break time. I am able to understand and respect rules as addressed properly but they show no mercy. I will give names, MS. STACEY, don’t know her name but big white lady with the short haircut, and also a skinny white lady, short with glasses. Instead of hearing me out and letting me speak to Fred or the USPS leader I was only held with snarky tones and a bit of a “too bad.” I actually liked this job a lot and did my work. It’s a shame how they oppress my people here still, so respectfully DON’T consider. They love power and showed no remorse or exceptions towards this outrageous decision.

Honestly one of the most drama fueled and no leadership filled place I have ever worked. Had to ask multiple times what they wanted me to do for work and was moved from station to station based off the way I look. If you are black do not work here unless you want to play “their” game. 0/10 do not work here
