My husband and I went to look at the new Toyota Crowns. What a nice vehicle. Brandon Gaskins greeted us, we talked a little about the car and he asked if we wanted to test drive it. I said sure. Went on the test drive and I fell in love with the car. We got back and my husband said let's work up some numbers on our trade in and see where we stand. The whole process of buying this car was amazing. After the test drive it took only an hour and a half to complete the paperwork and we were driving away in our new car! If you're looking to buy a vehicle, we'd highly recommend Swope Toyota and ask for Brandon.

So my check engine light came on the dashboard of my Tundra. I called as soon as they opened and requested an appointment for that day, and they had an availability. Staff here was quick and very attentive to my needs and concerns. I was in an out for a service check up and electronics update within an hour. Staff was absolutely pleasant, kind and even went over diagnosis. Recommendations for new parts were brought up, but they advised it wasn't necessary right now but to definitely keep an eye out in the future. I will definitely be taking my Tundra back here!!!

Took my vehicle in for a TSB notice. The techs were thorough in their diagnosis and got the parts ordered. A week later the car was dropped off and was ready later that day. The next day however I noticed the splash panel hanging from under the car and a gear oil leak. It took 2 tries, but they did get the leak to stop. They did remain professional and apologetic and I would still drive to e-town for service.

This is a great dealership. I had an issue with my vehicle and they were extremely fast and helpful. When every other Toyota in my area was refusing me service, Swope Toyota was willing and quick to help. I highly recommend coming here for any assistance you might need for you vehicle.

I get my Prius serviced here every 5,000 miles, and I've never had a problem with them. Which is nice, because I've had my car serviced by many Toyota dealerships from Kentucky to Arizona and have met more than my fair share of asshats. Prices are fair, staff are professional and honest, and their property is well maintained. I have no complaints. Hopefully my Prius lasts me another few decades, and I can buy a flying electric vehicle from this dealership.
