“Great service and knowledgeable staff. I know get all my tires and repairs on tires there. They do my zero turn mowing tires for my sons mowing business and my tires for trailers and all my fleet trucks for my business. I go there about every 2 months now for about a year. Sherry recommended that I buy 10 ply tires for my trailer and she was so right it was well worth the extra little bit of money. I use that trailer all the time moving up to 2,500 pounds of lumber and the tires don’t squat a bit. Solid company with great staff. I thank them for their personal touch. ?”
“Waynes tire center is hands down the best tire center in Etown with the best people working for them. Ive been a customer since I started driving approximately since 2001 and I wouldn’t dare go anywhere else for my tires. They guarantee their product and labor and will make things right if need be. They are quick getting u in and out and offer high quality tires new and used with good prices. Great location as well!”
“Phillip is the best! I called him after hours to fix a flat as my family and I were heading out of town early the following morning. He went way above and beyond to fix my tire for me. His business is exactly what a small business should be! Please support this local small business!”
“The absolute best experience I've had with any mechanic. Took my car here due to a recommendation from a friend. Jeff was awesome to work with. Very communicative, honest, and got the jobs I needed done quickly and efficiently. Labor pricing was more than fair. Top notch service. I will definitely be coming back when I need any work done on my vehicle.”
“Had an unexpected tire failure on my wife’s vehicle they got it in the same day and were extremely nice and professional throughout the process. Will definitely be my first choice for tires in the future!”
“Got me in right away and fixed our problem (recharged the air-conditioner). Checked the compressor and for leaks. In and out in a half hour right before they closed. Price was VERY fair.”
“The A/C in my Jeep Wrangler needed some service. Scott was referred by a friend, so I called them. Business is backed up and I had to make a reservation. (Usually a good sign!) The work was done ahead of schedule and under the estimate. I will definitely use them again in the future.Service: A/C installation & repair”

2431, 611 W Poplar St C1, Elizabethtown“The best auto service in Elizabethtown bar none! They offer expert service from routine auto maintenance, tire replacement, small repairs to major ones too. The best thing about this place is their honesty. For most people who don't know much about mechanics, me included, you won't have to worry about getting up sold unnecessary repairs or simply getting cheated. I've been coming here since we moved to Elizabethtown some 12 years ago and have appreciated the wonderful service Nelson, Fred and their team have provided to me and my family. They are always looking for ways to pass on the savings to their customers. All of our cars require full synthetic motor oil and that can be expensive. At the dealer or one of those quick lube places it runs about $80-$110 dollars for an oil change. It started out like that at discount tire then about 5 or 6 years I got a bill for about $45. I asked Nelson if they had used full synthetic since the cost was significantly lower, and he assured me that they did use full synthetic and the price was lower because they were buying it in bulk and it was much cheaper. Instead of profiting from the increased margin, they passed it onto their customers. On another occasion I needed a replacement part and if I got it from the manufacturer it would cost about $800 just for the part. Nelson said he could find a used part in good condition that was gonna cost me a fraction of that $800 (about $150) and that's what he did. No problems for a couple years to when I traded that car in. These are just two of the many examples of why they are the best and most honest auto service. I'll end my review with this anecdote. My daughter was home on a school break and I noticed her tires were worn and needed to be replaced. I did notice that all four had not worn evenly though I routinely rotated the tires. It may have been that I'd replaced 2 a couple years back but didn't remember. Regardless, I sent my daughter to get all 4 replaced so they would all match. An hour later my daughter called to say that Nelson recommended only two tires be replaced. I disregarded it and told her to get all 4 changed. She called me back and said, they refuse to replace all four tires, the two are barely worn and will last for another 40k miles. Haha. Two years later, no problems and yeah they look to have about the same wear, I can't tell the new from the old.”
“Everyone was polite and the service even included pictures of the old parts so I would be sure they weren't trying to pull one over on me. I've never seen that before and I love it. Their showroom could use some love but who really cares about that in the end”
“Very professional and helpful staff. Pulled in and checked in the office, picked out my steer tires, and was pulled into the shop with no wait time to speak of. Tire tech was friendly and professional as well as timely. Very nice change for truck services highly recommend this establishment!”
“Needed four new tires after tire puncture. Jesse has always worked on my truck and I am always appreciative of the care and detail this man shows while working and explaining details. Tires arrived on time and service was great! Appreciate ya Jesse!”
“Sorry, I wrote a bad review on here the other day. I got my tire shops mixed up happen when you get old. Anyway, these people here go the mile for their customers. They stand behind their work. My apologies for my mix-up. I do highly recommend Big O anytime”
“Great experience. My battery died and they were quick to find and replace! Outstanding service! They can also offer financial assistance, but I did not require any assistance. Thanks again for your service!”
“I called a guy on the way there to let him know that there was a nail in my tire. He talked to me on the phone and gave me reassurance when I got there. He greeted me in the parking lot and had me pull my car up so that they could look at it come to find out the nail was not actually in my tire, but in the grooves of my tire, the guy was still courteous anyways and even check the air pressure on all of my tires and on my way with the smile!”
