When I walked in they asked if I was signed in and I said not yet, they proceeded to tell me that they are booked till closing but welcome to stay and see if I get called, and I was told very rudely that I had to stay or could loose my spot if called and not there. I did stay but they could have not been rude and tell me I had to stay.

I sat down and showed a picture of what i wanted for the fade. I got something too high and far from what i wanted. The stylists name is Fela, she was too rough, she didn’t speak, and didn’t really care what i said when it came to my hair. It was at the Elizabethtown location next to UPS.

I’ve had my haircut all over the world, usually sports clips is pretty reliable. I will spend 50 dollars elsewhere before ever coming back to this location. I asked for a medium fade and got neither a medium or a fade. Worst haircut of my entire life.

I've been coming to this place for about six months. I like to get my hair cut every three weeks to keep looking professional. Kyla does an amazing job. After twenty years in the military I like to have my hair look a certain way and she does it right every time.

They encourage us to "use our app to avoid the wait" yet every time we schedule an appointment we wait well over 30 mins in store. This time was the last straw. Scheduled with store manager. Apt time was at 4:45. The manager left for the day without cutting my sons hair and without telling him she was done for the day. That's bad business. We've been customers since yall opened, but we're done.Service: Haircut

The online and in-store estimated wait time was around 30mins. The staff was more interested in talking and taking smoke breaks than getting through the lobby full of clients they had waiting. It took over an hour and a half just to get my son in a chair. No one ever apologized for the wait or delay. We saw plenty of staff but just two girls cutting hair at a time.Im am a long time customer of Sports Clips. This has never been a good location. We definitely won't be back.

I've been going to the Elizabethtown store for many years now. And I have had Rechelle, cut my hair every time, she is always pleasant and makes her customers at ease. Since she has been promoted to manager I have notice that the atmosphere has gotten better. I no doubt believe its due to here positives attitude. I hope that Sports Clips take care of her has the dedication a loyalty are hard to come by in todays workforce.
