I was set for 1245 pm, been here twice before no issues. My time was reset 3 times. I brought it to the managers attention and she has no clue. I walked out at 1:40 pm. Your system is broken. Lots of cutters sitting idly by that could have cut my hair. I won’t be returning. My name is James M.

They let me sat there waiting thinking I was next I was walk in people who sign in online go first so I kept getting skipped all because I was a walk in plus they had the doors locked said the wind was the reason wind wasn't blowing very unprofessional I didn't even want to give them a star but you have to at least give a one-star rating before you can make this post

When I walked in they asked if I was signed in and I said not yet, they proceeded to tell me that they are booked till closing but welcome to stay and see if I get called, and I was told very rudely that I had to stay or could loose my spot if called and not there. I did stay but they could have not been rude and tell me I had to stay.

I sat down and showed a picture of what i wanted for the fade. I got something too high and far from what i wanted. The stylists name is Fela, she was too rough, she didn’t speak, and didn’t really care what i said when it came to my hair. It was at the Elizabethtown location next to UPS.

I've been waiting well beyond the time I was told by the app. There's more than one worker but only one seems to be working. The TV is blaring nonstop nonsense and for that reason alone I want to run out of the store screaming! It's usually not this bad but today is clearly a bad day for service all the way around.

I’ve had my haircut all over the world, usually sports clips is pretty reliable. I will spend 50 dollars elsewhere before ever coming back to this location. I asked for a medium fade and got neither a medium or a fade. Worst haircut of my entire life.

I've been coming to this place for about six months. I like to get my hair cut every three weeks to keep looking professional. Kyla does an amazing job. After twenty years in the military I like to have my hair look a certain way and she does it right every time.
