Surprise Surprise.....Speedway makes sure to price gouge again. Gas went up in town and Speedway makes sure they raise 30 cents extra for a day or so.

Awful place to go three workers standing around while one was taking care of customers got real busy and one started to help an older lady I had to run out to grab my wallet out the car a customer started to be disrespectful towards me and then the older lady at the counter got rude an disrespectful as well gave me a stank eye will never get gas or anything there again ever worst experience I’ve ever had anywhere

1608 North Dixie Highway in Elizabethtown Kentucky will be the reason Speedway no longer receives a penny of my money. I will gladly take my business to Fivestar. I am treated with respect at Fivestar and never have to worry about poor customer service. I went in to make a purchase. I kindly asked if I could have $5 in quarters back for my change out of a $20. The girl at the register looked at the other girl counting the cigarettes to ask if the request could be accommodated. The girl counting shook her head no as she continued to count. This aggravated me. Neither one of them had to roll their eyes or give attitude. Explain to me why the request cannot be met. I would have understood, but I was met with nothing except attitude. I asked for a refund and continued to get more attitude. You may hate your job. You may be having a bad day. We have all been there. In a customer service role at least pretend to care. I was not asking anyone to smile at me or say hello. Just say yes or no and tell me why if the answer is no.

Two stars because I really liked this speedway till today.Came in for gas and tobacco. I already expect to be carded and always have my ID ready. While I asked for tobacco HE (DANNY) CUT ME OFF, AND YELLED (we are Two ft from each other) "YOU GOT AN ID?"WHAT!?!?!? it was in my hand. How RUDE. I even told the guy WITH THE NAME TAG DANNY thank you and he responded with "yeah". I really don't think I've ever seen anyone go out of their way to be so blatantly rude.. I'm actually sitting in my car at the gas pump writing this, because yall need to go look at your cameras from 1:50pm on the dot and listen to how he spoke to me. I'm literally shaken.Is this the face of speedway? The representation you want people to be greeted by? Yikes.

The older man I believe his name is Danny is very rude to customers. He talks to them in such a rude manner. He also cuts you off while talking without allowing you to finish what you were saying.

Staff not very helpful or friendly. They have attitudes like helping the customer is a bother to them. I will travel a few blocks down to the next speedway instead of ever coming here again
