Ms. Andrena was AWESOME!!! My husband went in to just check on the product as I said that I wanted one some day. After speaking with her he was sold and when I went in with him a week later, I was even MORE sold! She let us take our time and try out as many beds as we wanted and once we settled on one, Ms Andrena made the application and financing process SO easy that we couldn't believe it. I will do a follow up review on the bed itself, once it arrives next week, but until then, THANK YOU MS. ANDRENA!!!

Bought the bed over a month ago and can't even get it delivered! Delivery has been canceled 2 times once the day before and again the day of delivery. They didn't have proper ID to get on base after I told them multiple times that they needed to ensure the delivery team was able to get on base.

Andrena, at sleep number in Elizabethtown Ky was very helpful in answering every question we had. She gave us all the tools needed to make our decision easier. The only draw back was having to wait over a month for our bed to arrive.

Well taken care of. Felt welcome and cared for from the moment we stepped into the store. Treated with dignity and respect and my service dog was welcomed with open arms and a pat on the head. ANDRENA was awesome to work with.Ended up purchasing an I10 king size split top mattress with mechanical base. Money well spent.

From my first phone call to ask questions to my appt to talk and experience what the Sleep Number can do, I was at awe. Kadi answered the phone and immediately made me feel comfortable and answered my questions. The day of my appt she was amazing again. answering all my questions and demonstrating the different beds. She took the time to talk me through the process. I loved seeing a young person with such great work ethic and Customer service. This young lady is definitely going places. I hope this corporation does not take her employment lightly. I would have loved to have a employee like her when I had my business. Great Job Kadi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Thank you again. cant wait for my Bed to arrive and get the best sleep ever.

We had a great experience at your Elizabethtown ky location.Andrena Jenkins was awsome. She knew about all the products. Led us to making the right choice. The sales personnel at the Elizabethtown store are very knowledgeable. They were able to answer all our questions and by asking us questions they were able to recommend the best style mattress for us.

We have bought from the elizabethtown Kentucky ky Sleep number multiple times and Jeff Jones is always so extremely helpful when we go in. He’s very knowledgeable and takes time to explain everything and answer any questions we have! He’s the reason we make all our purchases from this store. Definitely a 5 start employee!

After running into issues on the website I ended up in the local store. Couldn't have been happier with my experience. Jeff Jones was my "sleep associate" he quickly solved my issue and got my sale taken care of.

Jeff was our host.. He was the kindest, most down to earth man I have ever met. Extremely friendly, put us right at ease...I recommend going in and learning about these incredible beds.. he is a wonderful man!

Very bad customer service, and not honored the price quote???We were in the Sleep Number store yesterday. My sisters and their spouses, looking at purchasing beds. This was 3 beds that we were going to purchase that day. After spending 3.5 hours there, with our excellent salesman, Jeff we all decided to buy one. We were given a quote for the special bed on sale, plus an extra bonus offer of 15% off the purchase, by both the salesman and manager there. When we went to do the paperwork the salesman tried to honor price he quoted, but the manager said, “Oh, we can’t give them both discounts”????! To our disappointment and the salesman disappointment, the price was increased by around +$1034, by the manager. We were told by her that we could get both discounts earlier???? Very very poor customer service by the manager there!!!

Lance was an exceptional sales rep. My husband and I had no idea about what sleep numbers were about or how they worked, and lance helped us every step of the way. He helped us find our number! I would recommend anyone looking for a new bed, that is able to incvest in a sleep number to do it! There are many options to fit everyone’s needs.
