I am sorry to say I was very disappointed to walk into your place of business. You had 5 workers there. Not one of them greeted us at the door not one of them could help us find the shoes we were looking for I will never be back and I will make sure I tell everyone I know to not shop at your store. That's horrible you have five employees and not one of them doing their job

they order the wrong shoes to be shipped to your house and then refuse to fix their mistake.

04/28/23 4:50 pm. I brought my mom in to purchase some hey dudes. Unfortunately all the boxes were empty which meant we needed some assistance. 6 sales associates standing AND sitting at counter. NOT one offered any help at all. We decided to leave. BAD customer service. I wonder if corporate is aware of their lack of attention.

The store opened at noon. We were the first customers in. Prior to raising the roll-up the three employees were making effective use of the chairs around the store. Why they were doing that when the store was obviously a mess, i do not know. I was particularly impressed by the shoes laying in the middle of one of the aisles.I used to work in a service station and we managed to keep it cleaner than this store

Meh. I know after Christmas they were hard hit, but even when stocked, not alot of wide options, and just has limited qty n sizes available. Wysiwyg.

Looks like there is a manager/owner problem with these comments. Very messy store with staff seemed to just be standing around. I'm guessing the Mentality it's not my job is high here.

I’m a CNA and on my feet all day. I have a lot of back pain so I try to buy ASICS shoes. I entered the store I saw 2 young guys leaning on the counter and approached one that wasn’t on his phone and asked . “Can you point me in the direction of the ASICS shoes. His response was, what? We don’t have them. Wait a minute let me ask. Then turns to the guy on the cellphone and says do we have ASICS. He said no. I said really? I left the store and thought they must have ASICS. I went back in for a quick check near the other tennis shoes, and found some, I started to not make the purchase but I wanted them to know they did in fact have them. I’m almost as interested in shopping here as they were interested in working there.

4 employees in the store…..just standing behind the counter. One guy working on selling me 2 pair of shoes. I asked one guy for another pair of a certain shoe. He stands there…staring into the store….not moving….he said, no we don’t got those. I said, well you think maybe you could look….he said no!! SO RUDE!!!!!

I walked in the store today...two employees both playing on phones. Never spoke to me or even acknowledged I was in the store. Shoes all over the floor. No one asked if I needed help. I walked out.

Was really surprise of my youngest son picking out some boots. I even found me some shoes as well. He loves them though and the customer service was good.
