I tried using my $10 off coupon that I received in mail and I couldn't then I called to speak to a manager and the manager Michael got on the phone very rude and disrespectful he wasn't listening he was having a conversation with someone else while he should of been listening to me for him to be a manager he needs to learn customer service skills a very unpleasant service today at Sam's 7/20/24

The guy working in the garage was totally awesome.
I've gone back a few times due to a slow leak in a tire, 1st time, they did what they do, but it didn't fix the issue.
This time, the guys took the time to thoroughly check every inch of my tire and found a small nail between the treads. He repaired my tire and sent me in my way.
I am so thankful. I wish I had gotten his name. He deserves to be recognized.

Another takeaway in the snack area, first it was the Supreme Pizza, next is was the churro, now our favorite tea is gone. What's next? We have to clean the table off before you sit down. We have to put up with cashier asking us if we want to upgrade or that you can scan and go or some other questions. Just hire more cashiers, we don't work there. It's been over 3 weeks now and still no tea. And no one knows why. Fire the ones who own lipton. I'm sure some other company would love to be in Sam's. Ok now it's May 1st they have taken away the root beer drink at the fountains and still no tea, it's getting more ridiculous every time we go.

We went in to get the wife's medicine because of her insurance company. She saw that the membership was discounted and we got a membership today. You can get a membership, right now, for $25 until May 29th. Good place to get good deals and you get gas for a decent discount.
