These guys are amazing I live in Portland Tn and didn’t realize they are an hour ahead of us. I arrived 45 minutes late and they stayed late to do my windshield. They really went above and beyond to help me. They guys are A1 all the way!

Smaller than dime damage on windscreen while we were driving to my mom’s house. Schedule for next day-guy comes out-tells my husband he needs 15 minutes to fix and there was no actual chip-15 minutes later, tech comes to tell me the whole windshield is now cracked-but he can order it and have it next week, we are leaving Sunday and now must drive home with a broken windscreen. Absolutely believe he took his little window mallet and broke the window-looks like the are trying to get as much from the insurance as possible. DO NOT CHANCE IT! Scam artists!

This place was awesome. Went in with a chip that’s been there for a long time and they confirmed they could repair, did so in a very reasonable amount of time and were very courteous and professional in every interaction I had with them. I highly recommend them!

Took my 2019 Kia Sorento in to have the windshield replaced. A few days later I noticed that my ADS (auto defogger system) wasn't working correctly. My husband and I googled what may cause that problem and it leaned more towards something not being right after a windshield had been replaced. We contacted safelite to see about either getting the windshield replaced or having them correct the problem. They scheduled another appointment. We also told them we heard air coming thru as well. On our appointment day, they looked at the air problem and insisted that it was sound coming from our bug deflector. Crazy thing is.. we NEVER heard this sound until they replaced the windshield. They also said that the ADS problem wasn't their problem, it was Kias problem. Well, Kia did a diagnostic test on it and it is in fact safelites mess up. But instead of them wanting to make things right and correct the issue, they want to credit our insurance company back the money and send us to another place, basically sweeping this under the rug and washing their hands of us. Well, that don't work for me. They're not going to pass us off to someone else and have someone else correct their wrong. I'm not saying all safelites are bad. I'm saying the Elizabethtown Kentucky store is very unprofessional and think they make no mistakes. If I could have given them zero stars, that's what they would have got. They didn't deserve the 1 star that I had to give!

Arrived at 0845 and car was in by 0900. Folks were friendly and my windshield was replaced and cameras recalibrate by1030. Lots of chairs in waiting area and free coffee and soda while you wait. They did a great job on my 2023 outlander. Thanks

Mark was the technician that took care of my replacement. He communicated with me several times throughout the day to let me know when he would arrive. My appointment was scheduled for an on-site replacement but due to storms off and on I was given the opportunity to either bring it to the shop or reschedule my appointment. I only live 5 minutes away from the shop so I chose to bring it to him. I arrived at 4:38 pm and by 5:15 pm I was back on the road! Mark and the other gentleman were courteous and offered me a cold drink while I waited.I will definitely encourage people to use their shop! They handled everything quickly and very professional. Mark is a true asset to the company!!

This place is a joke!!!!! The representative from state farm and I called and we got a schedule and a promise that they had the glass the 22 April, I arrived and was told that they did not have the glass, so they had to reschedule. I was told it could take two weeks before the glass arrived so it was scheduled today Monday 8…. I got there and they tell me it was scheduled at May 1…. While I was there the 22. I moved an appointment I had 8 May, with a client, from 9 am to 11.30 and wonder why I would do that while there if I was gonna be there a week earlier????? This place is a joke where the left hand have no clue what the right one do, so do yourself a favor choose somewhere else!!!!!
