Typically would rate 5 stars, however today I woke up to my app not working which I was counting on utilizing to digitally send funds via Zelle. No big deal, figured I'd wait an hour or two and try again. Tried multiple times over the next 5 hours, same issue. Tried restarting the phone, uninstall/ re-install, no change. Called, was on hold for about 20 min which I guess isn't terrible. Reached rep, they advised they were aware of a technical issue (though the PNC outage site makes no mention of this), "possible" resolution of tomorrow, if not, beginning of next week. The rep advised me to "rest assured, the online banking group can help me with the Zelle transaction", and will need to transfer me, which I agreed was fine. After another 20 minutes, a new rep with that group answered, I explained the situation, and they advised that's incorrect, they can review past Zelle transactions, however have no way to make them, then proceed led to tell me there's no way PNC can provide a digital currency transfer without the app, and will need to either send a check or wait it out. Guess I have no choice to wait, I'd typically just use cash, however the recipient is not local.

Very stupid and unprofessional, fat guy at the front couldn’t tell me a single thing about his job and other employees just kept walking past and around me when I needed help so I had to go out side and call PNC the get answers wasted my time. Good bank but workers suck. I don’t blame them they seem miserable and don’t get paid enough.

Reat place that makes you feel safe and secure about your money. My son in law is slightly disables and cannot speak. But the staff always watches his gestures and doesn't treat him differently when being handed his note with instructions for his account. Great service

Refused to give me the documents that they are legally obligated to give me such as statement and balances. Manger was rude and put me on hold to grill employees for doing their job then employees got an attitude because of the manger. Absolutely unprofessional. Amazed this branch is still operating with how they treat customers.

These people want to charge you 2% to cash a check if you don't bank with them. Just know this if someone writes you a check for a substantial amount. Crooks.

Always been helpful with me. Drive thru is extremely slow. Lately the mobile app has been slow at showing purchases and items seem to be hanging in pending a lot longer than before. They don't hold refunds into your account for days. It shows up as pending almost immediately. Love the card free access to the ATM using your phone to access your account in a pinch. Over all still mostly happy with them even after 6 years.

cant give less than one star or I would. instead of using PNC get a bunch of subscriptions that will charge you for whatever random reason they can come up with and then when you go to close your account you wait 2 to 3 hours while you watch people carry out conversations and ignore you until its time to close or give you a reason you cant close your account and you'll have to return for the 3rd week in a row, its the same thing.
