Today Kelly did my nails and did a super job! She’s very friendly and did exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend her!
Cleanliness: She was very clean and followed appropriate sanitation guidelines set by state board.

We had an appointment and they took someone who came after us. They wouldn’t listen to what me and my friend wanted, they just did their own thing. Charged us 200 for me and her for stuff they did on our nails we didn’t even want. Ignoring what we wanted, and did what they wanted to. They was rushing through us like they was in a hurry to get us out. My nails was stupidly thick and felt loose. My friends nails even broke off less than a couple hours later. They told us they didn’t do acrylic and they only do gel. I do NOT recommend!!

Absolute HORRIBLE customer service. First, they tell me a 20-30 minute wait, ok that’s fine. Then I wait almost 3 hours! If they just would have been honest, I could have ran other errands in between. Not only that, not one, but TWO ladies walked in to have a few nails fixed and they let them both go before me!

This is the only nail salon I have been refused consistently. Every time I walk in they say they’re busy come back in two hours or we are booked up and it’s only two people inside. I tried to give them a chance but they don’t want my business. This review is so you don’t waste time. Don’t walk in. They will refuse you.

This place is inviting and well manicured but customer service lives a lot to be desired. Ppl are cold and rude. However, Mary, a girl from the Phillipines did an excellent pedicure and thus I give a 3 start to my experience today.

I love getting a pedi here but the gentleman that usually does nail whose name starts with an A is pretty rude and seems to rush through the job and I haven’t been happy with his work. Nails aren’t smooth and are uneven.

I seriously have never been so insulted.I think it is the guy that owns the shop.. First let me say his wife is a Sweetheart and does an excellent job on pedicures, probably the best I have ever had and it’s a shame because I won’t be back because of her husband. Telling me you can’t file my nails on the sides and then purposely giving me a crooked nail on a replacement nail , for whatever reason. Let me say first he suggested that I just get a whole new set because I had been getting my nails done elsewhere.. I told him that was fine and he could start me with a fresh set ,then all of a sudden he was like no no I’ll just fill them in, but I can’t file the sides. I’m like OK but they need to be filed in some. He said no. At that point I started getting emotional I should’ve just stopped the whole process and left. But I felt bad for his wife, she is so kind and professional, and does such a wonderful job. Like literally, I went to wash my hands with a crooked fingernail and I had tears in my eyes I mentioned it to one of the older ladies there, and she said something to him, and when I sat back down, he asked if I was OK and I said no it’s still crooked. I had already pointed it out to him and he said he would fix it when he shaped them , but barely shape anything . Just rush through, even though I had already been there for hours and had to wait for him to finish up on another client in which he shaved and filed her nails just fine .., you could tell he knew what he was doing too and I probably could’ve got the perfect nails, but for whatever reason that was not the case.

Kevin needs some lessons in customer service, I asked for #5 on my nails and it looks like a toddler drew it, he didn’t know what a # sign was and he was extremely rude. For $80 I would expect my nails to look professional, very disappointing. He clearly needs to work on his people skills, lesson learned!

If I could give Nail Tech......NO STAR I would! ? I dont live here, but whenever I come to visit my family in Kentucky, i visit nail tech. We walked in Sunday at 14:30, we did not have an appt, there was no one on the waiting list, and only one customer waiting. Kevin asked if we had an appt, we said no, and he immediately, very rudely, said that the wait time was 2 hours. Which meant the time they close. They close at 16:30 on Sunday. No Hello, no hi.....just very rude!! 10 out 10 DO NOT RECOMMEND!! Use to be a really nice place to go, not anymore. Very disappointing.

Went in to the store just now and was informed they wouldn’t remove my nails and do a new set because they didn’t do the original set I already have. Wouldn’t recommend wasting time or gas to come to this salon.

Open on mother's day! Got a mani and Pedi. I recommend this place. Worth the wait.
