Becky Smith is honestly a saint for putting up with me so long! She checked the mortgage of multiple houses through multiple kinds of loans over the course of a year and was patient with me learning the process of buying my first home. It was our pleasure to work with Tracy Holtsclaw at Motto Mortgage. She made every step of the home buying process as seamless as possible. Lisa was incredible for my fiancée & I helping us to purchase our first home. We were in real danger of losing the home just two weeks before our scheduled closing due to USDA qualifications, but Lisa quickly took over the situation & switched our loan product so we could qualify.
