“I was greeted by Max as soon as I walked into Mattress Firm, and he was extremely helpful while I was shopping for a new mattress and pillows. I had a great first experience mattress shopping because of him.EDIT: I thought that the mattress came with a free adjustable base and figured that would come with it. I called later and spoke to Max, and he said that my mattress did not qualify for a free base. However, because I was under the impression I was getting the free base, he called back with an offer of an adjustable base at a discounted price. Max was very accommodating and helpful, and made sure I left a satisfied customer. Very happy with my experience and purchase!!”
