Worst Lowe's Ever!! I ordered some Halloween decorations and received a text saying my items were ready for pickup. I go to pick up my order and they keep me waiting for 40 mins while they go and look for my order. Then they tell me that they accidentally sold ALL of my items on the order. They said there is nothing they can do about it because the items are sold out in store and online! Then I try to order again during Christmas time and the same thing happens again. And all they say is ,"Oh, sorry "! LOL what a joke! Worst Customer Service ever!

Worst customer service ever. I will never purchase an appliance there again. I ordered a dryer which arrived broken. To say getting a new one delivered was an ordeal is an understatement.

This Lowes is Awesome! The staff are very polite, friendly, and provide Excellent service. my husband and I are building a home and visit this store at least twice a week. I highly recommend this Lowes!

ordered a refrigerator from lowes said delivery would be between 4-8. 8 o'clock comes and I call to see whats going on and they have me call someone else who has be call someone else. 4 times I had to call a different person before someone finally told me that my order was on the truck and it could be up to 2 more hours before they get here. Why tell someone they are going to be there between a time and not show up. At least have the decency to call them and say hey I'm running late. Rather than have them just wasting there whole evening waiting around for you to never show up.

My moms large chest freezer went out in November. On November 22, 2022 I bought a large chest freezer from the Lowe's in Elizabethtown for my mom. It could not be delivered till December 26th. No way around it. We've had snow and ice and fridg it temps for days now. I realized I didn't get a phone call Saturday saying the time for delivery today. I called and they said it had been delivered. They delivered to my home. The hill I live on is steep. My brother went to my house. And said it looked like they put it on a dolly and pushed it up the hill to my ground level basement door. I have a car parked there and had other items on that patio they have probably crushed. My brother went to get the freezer to take to my moms house and ran off the drive in the ice and snow. My moms drive is on an ice covered incline as well. We had to store the freezer till there is a thaw and we can get it into moms garage. Now if it's damaged they will say I did it. They didn't speak to anyone and delivered to the wrong address. This isn't first time they have done this. They delivered building supplies and had to go back and pick them up from outside my house and bring back later. I do not recommend their delivery folks. They do not do what they say.

Today we made our first big purchase of a washer and dryer set for our new home! Margaret from the appliance area helped us so much. She was super sweet, communicated well, and made us feel comfortable about our choice. I'm so glad we decided to go to lowes for the set. Thank you Margaret!! Below is the washer and dryer we got!

The customer service in this Lowes is the worst!!! Have waited now for at least 30-45 minutes to get assistance finding downspout extensions. I stopped an employee to get assistance and another, Ashley, walked up. Mind you I didn't stop her nor ask her for assistance. I had a young man in front of me whom I asked. Before he could answer she interrupted him by pointing me in two different directions to two different aisles. As I continued to ask questions she got louder as did I. I then walked away to look for the item I wanted to purchase. I picked up something not sure it was exactly what I needed. I saw Ashley in the flooring department and then asked other questions hoping to get better assistance. SHE STATED SHE DIDN'T WORK IN THAT DEPARTMENT AND SAID SHE WOULD CALL SOMEONE IN PLUMBING. She then pointed me in another direction and said to wait for tge person in plumbing. At this point I didn't trust her so called attempt to assist and told her I would wait until she reached that person. She eventually did. His customer service and attempt to assist was professional and appreciated. When I spoke with her about returning the extension I had already picked up which wasn't what I needed, while walking away from me she said "I'm on my lunchbreak" and continued yelling it 2x more afterwards. At this point I asked for a store manager. It has now been 20 minutes and I'm still waiting for a store manager. WTH kinda customer service is this!!

Bought a tool, was told it was on the next truck and would be in the NEXT day. Drove all the way from the other side of Hodgenville and was informed our order was given and sold to someone else, a tool we already paid for. And we are still standing here an hour later while they try and search for it. And apparently a manager is too busy (was the exact words from the girl from behind the customer service counter) to come and speak to us about it. When we purchased our order it should have been put back with our name on it behind the counter just like the girl who sold it to us told us. Such a disgrace.

I met with Michelle Wilkens December 2014 to remove and install a vinyl fencing for a total of $12,375.94. This price included the removal of my old wooden fencing. January 2015 the fence was installed but was not put on the property line. The young man who looked to be 16 years old approached me to say my neighbor told them not to put the fence on on the property line. My neighbor say they never told the workers not to put it on the property line. The fence was put in the old location. Instead of the workers removing the old fence, they threw some of the old materials behind the fence. February 2015 one section of the fence started to pull apart. I called Michelle. She sent someone out to repair it. The workman that came out told me I can repair the fence myself. He said if he came to my house again he would charge me $50 each time he came. I never received a refund for the materials that was not used to replace my fence. Practically every other month the fence was pulling or falling apart. Many calls and texts were made to Michelle. She returned my calls maybe three times. After many calls and text someone come out one time, but nothing was done. Each time I called Michelle there was always and excuse. She was on another site, sick, on a vacation, or having a baby. No one returned my call. The last text I receive from Michelle was April 2019. Michelle texted me that my texts were given to her manager and he told her to stay out of it. Her manager which she did not give me his name and number never contacted me. These are a few pictures of my fence. This is what I have being going through since the fence was installed. I will never do business with Lowes again. Dollye Smith

We went to lowes today to get two garage door openers and a bunch of other things . When we went to get the openers there was again saying, $ 99.00 dollars install. The fine print said buy one and get a discount with the other. So after waiting for 45 minutes to get the answer of what kind of discount it was , no one knew. So they just told us it would be $99 a piece install. If they have signs up they need to abide by them.

Everytime me or anyone in my family went to lowes we've recieved nothing but hard times to receive our military discount. When we were at cashier 12 the person in front of us only had to show their military ID and received their military discount without asking if they were registered for the military discount program, when it was our time the lady demanded that we needed to be registered which we were and then demanded to see a form of military ID. The person behind us was not a military personnel but offered to give that individual military discount. There are some straight racist cashiers at this lowes location and we will no longer bother with this store at all! Home depot is were we will stay loyal at because we were treated fairly every visit !

Lowe's has a sorry Delivery Department, the employees schedule deliveries on days that are not available and of course you never know until you call in. Apparently training is lacking. They provide inaccurate information and forget leaving an alternate contact number because the info is not written down. They only identify the Asst. Manager by their first name Jamie just in case you complain to their corporate office. Don't bother asking for the corporate offices number because there is not one only an email. How convenient. Pitiful customer service and disrespectful employees. Lowe's definitely BLOWS.
