On july 21, 2024 around 4 pm my two friends and I were in to do some shopping the clerk was very rude, dismissive and made us feel very unwelcome in the store. Her behavior wa so rude that my friend and I began to feel as if she was racial profiling us as she did not treat the other customers in the manner that she treated us. My friend still made a purchase against my advice. I suggested we shop elsewhere as the clerk clearly showed that she did not want us there. she ruined what was suppose to be a wonderful experience! we were shopping for our friend's grand opening for her research company.

The place is decent. The employees are always great, but they definitely changed their style these last couple of years. Not my favorite but the wife loves it. Which that's all that matters :)

I have always enjoyed this store but the new layout is not user friendly. I was looking for a lantern and found them in about 7 different places. I don't like the jutted out walls ... makes the place feel smaller.

The Kirklands in Elizabethtown KY is the best one I have ever shopped. The staff and manager were amazing!!
