I assume Joann’s let go of their staff after the pandemic, and now I’m assuming they don’t want customers. Went in to pick up an order and buy thread. One girl on the floor and she had to call someone to help her. The other lady saw me waiting at checkout and after she helped the other girl she went to the back. I used to love going in pre pandemic and talking with the staff in there, now they are all rude and have no idea what they are talking about!
I’ll find somewhere else to buy my thread.

I’ve already promised myself not to shop at this location but I was already nearby at the Chinese place. We walked in to a cash only sign. Okay fine, but tell me why they followed my African American kids around the store, and then decided to close the store and lock in the kid that I sent to put things back. She had to wait until they put their key in the door to unlock it. I guess UNLAWFUL IMPRISONMENT is okay in this location. I WILL be calling corporate about this.

It is a shame that the Elizabethtown KY store does not follow their return policy. Refused to give cash back for debit card even though their return policy says they will give cash back for debit card return. Afternoon Store clerk is rude came up with every excuse not to issue redund. Issued store credit instead. Money lost because I will travel to another town to shop somewhere else.
