What a great experience we have had with Jerry.
Communication, honesty , integrity and willingness to listen allowed us to purchase our property with ease. Jerry really made our buying experience a great one. He went above and beyond to give us advice and allow our family to make a fresh start in life and we will be forever grateful to him. With Jerry it was never just about the sale but more about securing a "family home".

Jerry was my realtor while purchasing my home. Let me say, truly a professional, courteous, made sure all information and questions were answered. He even was present for our initial and final walkthroughs to make sure we were satisfied. He helped to also make sure all defects were taken care of before purchase. Awesome Realtor!!! Probably the best experience ever. We were very nervous about buying our first home but Jerry was amazing and made us feel at ease and answered what was probably way to many silly questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we got what we wanted and any problems that may have come with the house were fixed.

I bought my first house with Jerry and couldn’t be happier with service he provided . The purchase was some what difficult but Jerry always kept me in the loop, got back to me in a timely manner and always had my best interests in mind . He is patient, kind and easy going and is always looking out for the customer . If you are in need of a good realtor I highly recommend Jerry Dempsey .

Where do I begin? From the beginning to the end, Jerry was amazing. I've never sold a home before and had no idea where to start or finish and Jerry helped me in so many ways so that my experience was smooth and not stressful. The thing my husband and I loved the most about Jerry was his honesty. He treated us as if it was him on the other end of the spectrum. Talking about customer service! I had been in search for my perfect home and the only person who was more passionate about it than myself was Jerry Dempsey. I’m a first time buyer and had no clue what I was doing or how to begin this process. Mr. Jerry is extremely informative and definitely has his clients’ best interest at heart. He is knowledgeable and was able to explain things clearly. Communication was impeccable and he was incredibly patient and empathetic to any doubts or concerns I had with a handful of houses we viewed. He found me my perfect house in the area I wanted and the price range I needed before it had a chance to update on the market. Time is definitely of the essence when it comes to buying a house and he wastes none of it. I am extremely thankful for my experience with Jerry Dempsey and cannot recommend him enough!!

Jerry is a godsend! He really took the extra mile in making sure my wife and I were able to close on our house in a timely manner, while assisting with every detail and communique with the Title and Finance company. His invaluable assistance really made the buying proccess easy and clear by educating us on the proccess and assisting with anything possible. He offered his assistance openly and really cared about our experience and closing. He didnt apply pressure in the home selection proccess, which really created a welcoming and stress free experience. He answered all of our calls and really just genuinely cared. A great person and a proud professional, we have 0 (none, zilch, nada) complaints. We lucked out getting Jerry as our realtor. 10/10 I would recommend him to our friends and family (and might even get mad at them if they didnt reach out to Jerry first).
