Not sure how this happpend but the only items they put in my bag are the curling iron I bought and one cami… didn’t put any of the other items in my bag… so I paid for a bunch of stuff I never got. All the western shirts and skirt I bought. Of course I called the store and the lady sounded dumbfounded when I inquired.

Found a few treasures in this Goodwill but the real treasure was “Dana” the lady who checked us out. With her permission I was able to take a picture of her and posts. She was so sweet and we loved talking to her. She one of those people who you can tell she loves her job and customers. Get a chance when you checking out talk to her and you will see what I mean. Can’t wait to go back and find more treasure and hope Dana is there. Very clean store.

Prices are way to high for secondhand items. On occasion you might get a deal but otherwise you will be paying new prices for used items.

Store looks fantastic since the remodel. The staff was great and very friendly. The store had alot of inventory but I did notice "some" stuff higher priced than what you would see at other goodwill. Still highly recommend, I love thrifting

I have shopped at this store several times since it opened and don't think I have spent any more than a few dollars. Yesterday, my sister and I drove 25 miles to shop at several stores in Elizabethtown. When I walked into this store I was overcome with a very heavy, unpleasant fragrance. I walked back to the household items and heard an elderly gentleman saying 'that smell was choking him to death'. Apparently, the employees had sprayed something in an attempt to camouflage another smell throughout the store. After only a few minutes I told my sister to take her time shopping but I was going to have to go sit in the car bc I was having an allergy/asthma attack. The smell of the fragrance hung in my throat until I got home. I asked my sister to tie the bag with the clothing she bought as the smell was so strong in my car. Please be more considerate of your shoppers, especially the elderly and folks with respiratory issues. The issues I experienced at this store continue to cause sneezing and watering eyes 24 hours later. If I had been the only person complaining, I would have thought twice about leaving this feedback.

I think the some of the prices are high like Walmart.Tshirts almost 6 bucks eachThey should be like 2 bucks . I buy new at rural king for 4.99 each.

This Goodwill is large, clean, and very well organized. The furniture and art selection are very good with items that are in great shape. Huge clothing selection for the entire family. They had nice vintage items, although they tend to price those a bit on the high side. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. They bring new items to the floor throughput the day so it is always a good time to shop.

The store is clean. The employees are fantastic. Service is good. But the sun glaring in through those 20 foot windows all the way across the store is absolutely brutal. I couldn't see at all towards the front of the store because the sun was everywhere. One employee was physically ill from standing in it all day at the checkout. Please fix the situation and get your employees and customers some kind of sun shield. Would have rated higher but that sun was miserable.
