My family and I came to buy shoes there the other night, close to closing. I wanted to take a minute and give a shout out to Kay! She is an amazing employee and took her time with us and made us feel welcome and not rushed! We ended up finding 2 great pairs of shoes with her help and recommendations. I would shop there again just based on her customer service!

Super excited to get two new pair of shoes… and then the worker named “Travis” so he said…. Was SO rude and refused to be helpful in ANY sort of way. He wouldn’t order shoes for us online and was one of the least kind people I’ve ever met in customer service. Look out for him.

We ordered a pair of shoes and selected pick up in store. The money was deducted from our account and the order was canceled within 2 hours. We called customer service and were told "I can't see why it was canceled and we can't help you." So now we don't have shoes and will have to wait 3 days to get the money returned to our account. Don't buy anything online from Finish Line unless you're prepared to have your money deducted for 3 days.

Ordered some shoes from them. My order was in a week. They then cancelled my order. I called them in reference to my refund and they said 5-7 to refund my money, which they didn't. I ended up calling back for my refund and they told me an additional 5 days. They took my money in an instant and made me wait over 2 weeks for my refund. I'm still waiting.
