I used to live in E-Town as a kid about 35 years ago. Bob was the best. He was always helping kids like me get into a great bike. I am forever thankful for this man. I still ride today at 52 years old. Thanks Bob!!

I give Bob an A++.......not only did he have the exact Electra Townie I was shopping for, he helped me save money by avoiding the 3% CC fee......just a no-nonsense example of a small business firing on all cylinders.....place even has a potbelly stove in there with wood stacked up.....if you need a bike, and who doesn’t in these hard and desperate times, look Bob up in Etown.....buy the bike then go get a coffee and a blueberry muffin at Vibe Coffee, 2 blocks up....perfect day.....

Went in for a simple new back tire wanting to spend $40-$50. The owner of the building suggested that I might need a tuneup. Explain to him that I wasn’t trying to spend $100 on a bike not even worth $100 and told him look it over and if there’s anything serious please let me know and I would agree for any up charges. This was on a busy Saturday morning and we had a verbal agreement he would call me Monday when he Got to it to see if there’s anything seriously wrong with it and get my permission to do a tuneup. Called me Tuesday afternoon saying my bike was done and it will be $110 to come pick it up. Never called or asked for permission to do the tuneup. When I went to pick the bike up he was extremely rude. Basically ripped the bike out of my hand saying I was not leaving the building until I paid the amount owed. Really discouraging because his buddy that works with them was an extremely polite worker and was in the process of finding me a bike that suited me. Also discouraging because I was trying to keep it local and help local businesses during this hard times. Will Not be returning. I was suggest anybody who goes there to get things written down rather than just a number ticket they hand you
