Title: Extremely Disappointing ExperienceI recently rented a van from Enterprise, and the entire experience was nothing short of a nightmare. From the moment we hit the road, the van began shaking uncontrollably and showed signs of overheating. Concerned for our safety, we reached out to Enterprise for assistance, calling every hour, but to our dismay, received no responses.The lack of responsiveness from the area manager was especially frustrating. It left us stranded with a malfunctioning vehicle and no support in sight. This not only disrupted our plans but also raised serious questions about the maintenance and customer service standards of Enterprise.I expected better from a reputable rental company, and this experience has certainly left a lasting negative impression. Future customers, beware – your safety and satisfaction may not be Enterprise's top priorities.

I never leave a negative review but I was very unimpressed with this location. Upon arrival, I was told that there weren’t any cars available for my reservation. In addition, on the day of my drop off I was hit with extra charges for a “late drop off” when I had actually dropped the car off 45 minutes early. I found this to be dishonest on their part. It almost felt like a cash grab but thankfully I had checked my bank statement and called the office. THEY had checked the car in late and tried to charge me.

Staff was very Professional and Courtesy during the whole process of checking ✔️ in & return.. I have rented from this location alot. Definitely recommended if u need a rental..

Very friendly and very helpful staff. Car was spotless and odor free. I would recommend Enterprise to everyone needing to rent a vehicle. Great job guys 10 out of 10 stars. Above and beyond as always.

Garrett was very nice. The only thing I don't understand is why you would give an 84 year old woman a pick up truck. The rental is through her insurance company.

I scheduled a rental due to an insurance claim on Wednesday (7/12/23). The body shop was late informing me on when they needed my vehicle so when I called my local enterprise the gave me etowns number as they had no rentals at the time. When I called I expressed my situation and was guaranteed a vehicle the next day by noon (7/13/23). I work till 430 and I live 45 minutes away. When I called and set up the rental I expressed this multiple times. A lady, not sure of her name, assured that I could still pickup a vehicle at that time. The following day after noon I called and stated I was checking to make sure everything was still a go and double checked with what I needed when I arrived and AGAIN expressed when I get off and how long of a drive I have. The lady said she had me down for 5 or a little after and I said well it will be after 5 as I’ve stated a 45 minute drive plus the afternoon busy traffic. She had a tone as if I was incompetent and that I was annoying her but everyone has bad days and I know I was probably over doing with the questions but I told her I was having a co worker drive me all the way and wanted to make sure everything was still go before we made the trip. Now granted I should’ve either asked or looked up the time they closed BUT I was super stressed with already being car-less for a day and having to catch rides with co workers and inconveniences them. Im VERY disappointed in the staff at the establishment as neither lady, either day, ESPECIALLY the day I was to pick up as I was NEVER informed of the closing hours. I never received a call when it was close to their closing time or anything. My co worker pulls up at 540 (as they close at 530) and as I walked up to the door a worker was locking up. Not only I but another individual who made a trip there was told with an attitude and smirking smile that, “we are closed, come back tomorrow”. I was in disbelief and tried to explain to her that I just came from 45 minutes away and I spoke with them today and expressed that and no one informed me but this lady didn’t care. Just walked off. So my co worker now had to drive me not only back to our town but had to take me all the way home and pick me up this morning (7/14/23). I have never been more disrespected, disappointed, and frustrated with a business. The employees here are not friendly, have no compassion, nor curiosity. I will be contacting someone higher as this is unacceptable!

I won’t be bk I rented a suv from them didn’t have it 12 hours and the oil pressure light came on it stressed me out so bad cuz I was think it was gonna brake down on me I called the office they never called me bk

Not a huge selection. But the staff is nice and helpful. Only reason not a 5 star rating is because the car selection was minimal at best

Beware! I ordered a car here online and the price was 70$ AFTER fees. When I got there it was 75$. Okay no biggie only 5$ right? So I still agreed with it. I rented it for one day from 8am Friday to 8am Saturday.The lady I spoke with told me I can return the keys to the drop box if I get there before they open. I did just that. Next I get an email for an extra 25$ charge!(so now 30$ above price I agreed to). The reason for the charge? A one hour fee because they checked the car in at 8:45am....45 minutes after my 24th hour.Here's the issue, I returned the car one hour before my time. I returned the car at 7am. But since they didn't check the car in till 8:45am, I am being charged for going an hour over my time. This is what they told me directly. They said it doesn't matter when I return the keys to the lockbox, it matters only when THEY check the lockbox and they check the car in to their system.I'm having my lawyer friend look into the paperwork because I'm sure I'm not the only one this happened to. They're charging me an extra hour because they checked in my car and hour late. I always rent from Avis or hertz almost every weekend and I've never ran into this problem. Check your receipts!

Best thing I can say is that they had a truck available for me when there was a lot of people needing rentals due to storm damage. The truck they gave me only had one working speaker in the passenger door, the drivers seat had burns and the passenger seat look like someone dumped a pizza on the seat and just wiped it off.

i needed a car while my car was in the shop and was told i couldn't rent a car because i was flagged as "do not rent" and told to call a 800 number. i called that number & contacted someone online and both people told me i was not on ANY list. the lady on the phone told me i should try going to another branch because there was NO REASON for them to not rent to me. i called back to the etown branch and they told me i was flagged for past dues when i have never rented a car in my life. they sounded irritated with me at that point and i was told they would call me back. they never did. very unorganized and unprofessional. i feel like they just didnt want to rent a car to me.
