Very large warehouse of useable new contractor supplies. We went after floor tile. Got just what we needed. This place is huge.

good place for some things . But the prices are a lottle ridiculous on things . Retail or higher . I dont care what they say they are too high . take 25 percent off everything and it could be a lot more useful

Worst customer service around!!! From the time you go into the show room to the time you go to the warehouse. All locals should take there money elsewhere. It starts with the lady in the showroom who does not help you at all and acts like it’s an inconvenience to answer question, to the warehouse guy who Thinks he is above everyone else. Worst experience ever!!!

They were very helpful and friendly. I even helped them figure out how to use their receipt printer when it’s almost worn out. I believe their manager could use some awareness improvement as the printer was old and needs replaced.

I had been to the Re-Use store in Dry Ridge several times (love it), but this was my first trip to the Elizabethtown location. I didn't think it possible, but I love it even more. I was able to find all of the baseboard, door and window casings, and misc. other odds and ends I needed for a renovation I'm working on. Great prices and the friendliest, most helpful staff I've seen in a while. I'll definitely be going back soon for tile, doors and whatever else comes up as I'm working.

Not only are the prices on quality products simply amazing here, the staff on-site are helpful and knowledgeable. Jim was a huge help when we went in looking for tile to repair/remodel our shower/bathroom. He was able to get us comfortable enough to get a lot of marble tile (price was disgustingly good) and commit to a remodel we wanted but thought we could not do on short notice (water damage repair requiring renovation). Seriously, if you go to this place you will get a really good deal but seek out Jim if you are inexperienced or have questions about how to do your remodel; the guy seriously has good ideas and experience that inspired us.

1st time here, lot's of stuff to see, bought a few things but didn't find what we were wanting. If it was closer I would frequent it more. Prices are fair.

We do like this place. We used to love it. We always check here first before going to the big box stores if we need something for our home. Sadly the prices on many items are at retail.
