Customer service has been garbage. I made a return back in November, I was issued store credit not for the amount of my purchase and I have been emailing ever since to find out why. No one will reply to the emails. The number listed rings, says does not exists and hangs up on you. I want to talk to a actual person.

I ordered a dress for my sons wedding. When I got the dress the tags were cut off, even the size tag, there were stains all over the dress where someone had worn it and shipped it back for a refund. When I opened the package it was all wadded up in a ball. I emailed customer service and noone got back with me until almost a week later. By that time I ordered a new dress so it would make it by the wedding. There are no store fronts and if you send something back they only give you an instore credit. The phone number refers you only to the website and then hangs up. You can't talk to anyone. The customer service is terrible and simply do not care. I would never order from this company. Shop elsewhere!

MIKE was the awesome, very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful gentleman who aided my 16 yr old to choose the most flattering apparel. He made her feel extremely special and showed her how beautiful she really is. I love this store. It has everything needed to build , replace or accent anybody's wardrobe at affordable prices but quality materials and style. My favorite lady's shop

I love this store. Great selection and good customer service. Stylish clothes in regular and plus sizes. They also have jewelry and other accessories.
