Literally went into this store 30 minutes ago trying to sell a marked 18k gold necklace. The worker picked it up and determined it wasn’t gold without testing. Drove 1 mile to the next shop, had it tested, and sold as it should’ve. These people have no idea what they’re doing. I wish I could give 0 stars.

This owner has been through, a lot however he always helps me out. Staff is excellent and never turned away while using pawn shops isn't ideal it's good storage and some cash to eat. They don't take hover boards but who does.

I got a loan on an ar pistol and 4 mags. paid 600 dollars to pick up my loan and was missing one mag. The owners son threatened to physically remove me and refuse to give me the rest of my property. I asked him to call the owner to resolve the issue of my missing property and he called the cops on me and refused to give me the missing magazine. do not do business with these people very unprofessional!!!!

I went in for scope mounts and not only did they pin point exactly what I needed but they helped pick out more suitable glass and installed and bore sighted. Didn’t break the bank either. Definitely recommend

Placed a gun on Layaway owner is rude canceled my Layaway and sold the gun. Owner said wouldn't refund my $30.00 deposit and was extremely rude on the phone called me names. Basically said F@@k off.... I will never purchase anything and will tell everyone to stay out of this sub standard business location. A very rude and uncaring individual...owner has a history of this... ZERO STARS A SORRY BUSINESSMAN AND LOCATION DOES NOT SUPPORT VETERANS...

NOW DIXIE JEWELRY & LOAN THEY STOLE FROM US I would give this place a 0 if possible easy! I've came to Dixie pawn once before for a PlayStation 4 and it over heated immediately! I took it back to have someone explain away how they were sure it worked before they sold it to me and made me have to pull teeth just to get my money back! Fast forward about 7 months to a year) So my wife's father dies and she ended up with a few of his items that was hard for her to look at for obvious reasons! So she decides to pawn and not sale the items as she hoped to maybe bare them again! I remember the bad experience here but paid it no mind and decided she would pawn it at this establishment! So she goes in with her current id and pawns her item with no problem! So today we go in to retrieve her item(this is also after making hundreds of dollars of payments to hold it for us) (plus late fees) They tell us we can't buy our items back because the address on her id (THE SAME ID THEY EXCEPTED WITH NO ISSUES WHEN THEY TOOK IN THE ITEM) does not match!!! They never explained this to us of course if they had we would not have left the item there!! THEY STOLE FROM US!!! After I cuss everybody out lol the old guy said I'm tough and asked me to come behind the counter to fight knowing damn well police and or a shot to my face is inevitable lol So I asked him to come outside to have a real man respectable fight and of course his scary a** declined!! Don't go!! They will steal from you with the calmest of voices and straightest of faces!! My wife will never get her dead fathers item back!! THEY STOLE FROM US!!! THEY STOLE FROM US!!!

Liars, they will tell you anything on the phone just to get you there. I drove over an hour one way to buy a gps system was told on the phone a certain price, when I got there the price was raised 80 dollars. And the GPS wouldn't even turn on.

Just an awesome place to buy used merchandise. The people here are very friendly.
